Not recommendedChecked our load Friday noon by calling ,they said we are good to go,same thing was updated on the online tool,but Saturday while crossing,clearance was taken back with no update ,after making multiple calls to Emerson office they said we have to wait till Monday as the office is closed Saturday Sunday,so the driver waited there for two days for nothing.no customer service nothing. Avoid

$100.00 call out fee robbery,very excessive to show up and pass a pre done package of paper thruogh a window. If they were to be about customer service,why not leave it out and accessable to drivers. If call out fees were billed back to the customer maybe then this robbery of truck drivers would end.i as a driver cannot afford such ridiculous fees. I know, every time a shipper or receiver uses COLE brokers,the trucker gets automatic $100.00 cash from Cole for our inconvenience.
