Best service I've ever received at a retail location! I wanted to test out a compressor and Albert was willing to set it up and let me test the cycle time, as well as blast pressure over a sustained duration. Overall I'm impressed with how the store is managed and with the friendly and helpful staff!

Trevor was old school in his customer service. He took his time, answered all my questions and made sure to giveme a deal at the til for the blades and in the process made me happy and lifelong customer!!

I reserved a sheet metal tool by phone. Provided my credit card information to hold the tool. Drove one and a half hours to pick up the tool and staff couldn't find it. No help offered by the staff. I went to the metalworking section to look for it myself and cannot believe what an absolute mess the department is in. No wonder they couldn't locate the tool. I left with no tool. Can buy on Amazon instead. KMS kamloops should be ashamed of the state of the store.

The new larger store looks great and has really improved it a lot.. More selection, better lighting, huge improvement. Hoping to see them add even more items to the store.
