Excellent service. I’ve been using this company for a couple of years now. Got me drinking water when I didn’t think it was possible. Amazing service and communication. Came out within the hour when I had an emergency. Cannot rate them higher.

I’m forever grateful for the the amount of time that Kurtis invested in me that we might as a team accomplish work to a standard of quality I’ve simply not seen anywhere else, especially not across all fronts of the system from initial design concept, to workmanship and efficiency. Kurtis’s breadth of knowledge on the topic of piping, pumps, code, water and heating systems is only rivalled by the collective knowledge of a dozen such individuals, and has been the source of both great entertainment and awe as over the years I’ve inquired about the most remote and obscure details of said systems only to be met, immediately, with a comprehensive and precise answer. This covers pipe trades, electrical, and even chemistry. I tell you it’s a real good feeling when you’re comfortable giving a compliment as high as a five star rating, especially when the level of requirement is about having safe clean water in your home. Earthsmart Water Systems came to our rescue, professional and very understanding to your needs.Curtis clearly explained what was needed to bring our well head up to code, thus preventing top entry contamination to our well water. Colin completed the work and I must say very professional and clearly explained everything while being done and upon completion. I was absolutely pleased with his work ethic. He did a remarkable job.After a go over with Curtis on his estimate for a UV Water filtration system, the next day I was pleased to see that Colin was doing the installation. His meticulous workmanship didn’t stop at the well cap, once again he clearly explained the system to me and professionally labeled pipes and shut off valves.It’s not often one can give a perfect score for a job well done but this is one that definitely deserves it.Thank you Earthsmart Water Systems inc., a company with professional hard working employees and to top it all right here on Vancouver Island.My Family thank you.

We’ve been so pleased with the water system installed by the team at Earthsmart. Everyone at Earthsmart is so friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and communicative; every step of the planning, installation, and follow-up has been done with such attention and care. The water that comes out of our taps is now fresh, clean and ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS! Honestly, our only regret is not calling Earthsmart sooner.

Not only did these guys provide a professional installation of my water system, their after service is second to none. The small amount of maintenance needed it tended to on a regular basis ensuring that i am always up to date on filters and NEVER without water. Good job guys! Highly recommend to everyone.
