I am so grateful to Ali and his team. I bought my Kia here in November 2021 and its been a great ride. This week, my alternator died and I didn't know how to afford a new one. I remembered I had purchased the 1 year warranty and gave them a call. I called yesterday morning to talk about bringing the car in but I wasn't able to get it towed until 10am this morning. I had my car back by 4pm this afternoon!! Even though it's been almost a year since I've been to the dealership, they remembered exactly who I was and details that I had told them when I first started looking at buying my car. They even rushed the service so I wouldn't be without a vehicle. I 100% recommend not only buying a car from here but getting the 1 year warranty. It saved me so much money and so much heartache. My alternator was 100% covered by the warranty and I only had to pay for my deductible! Not only that, but they let me know that my serpentine belt needed replacing and only charged me for the part, not the labor.

The best dealership in Edmonton. Ali treats  customers as if they were an honoured guests in own home, very friendly atmosphere and will go above and beyond their customers expectations.

Ali and his team are amazing. We bought an F150 from him, he was up for negotiationing reasonably and listened to our requests. The detailing they did on the truck was amazing and so quick. The fact that you can get the warrentee with the purchase is a big upside. They made the process easy and smooth, would definitely buy from them again. Thank you

Absolutely best service ... I went to 5 name brand traditional dealerships to get a car but they didn't work out and I am glad that I found drive n go. Not only I got good car for very reasonable price but Ali was very honest through out the process and gave me excellent deal on my existing car's breaks replacement. One stop shop for any need for your car. Truly amazing.

My review is not on their page anymore so I am reposting. I bought a Chevy Cruze LT for $8500 from Drive 'N' Go Auto Sales on February 21, 2022. The Mechanical Fitness Test was inaccurate. They were dishonest about it. I have put hundreds of dollars of work into the car now less than 2 months later. I have another appointment this week to get the transmission checked as they have been avoiding helping me deal with the major issues the car has. I am new to buying vehicles and I feel taken advantage of because I trusted their inspection. I understand it's used but I do expect to be informed of all the issues the car has so I can budget for the future expenses I am now stuck with They. They have made it so difficult to get any help with the repairs which I am paying for and I had to involve AMVIC who has encouraged me to get a lawyer. I needed a reliable vehicle and after they got their money for the car it was almost impossible to get any quality service or a professional response from them. They have put it all back on me and I am feeling hopeless after this horrific experience. You should be honest about your inspections because you are dealing with honest customers who are working with a budget. I help house homeless youth and not having a reliable vehicle prevents me from doing my job. You have cost me and my family emotional distress and this impacts my physical disabilities as well. I work hard for my money and I am shocked at the unethical and unprofessional manner in which they are addressing" the issues the car has. They told me they would now only buy it back from me for half of what I paid them. Shows me what the car was actually worth. The owners both told me not to bring the car in today and they suggested I look into fixing it myself so their response is false. I have only had this vehicle since February 21

Exceptional service from Ali. My aunties and I are first time car owners here in Canada and he really took the time to explain every single thing we needed to know and more; from taking care of the car, getting insurance, warranty coverage, etc.He was very patient with us. He did his best to work with our budget and gave us the best deal. We may be first time car owners here but back in our home country we were car owners so we knew that what he was giving us was a good deal for the price we're paying.The van looks brand new for a 2010 - this goes to show the quality of cars they sell. Mileage is great. We're yet to see how it feels -- but when he drove the van with us in it, it felt smooth and we just knew this van was for us (we haven't gotten around driving it ourselves so I will leave another review in a couple of months) I left this review the same night we had the car delivered at home. I was so happy with the service and all that I had to leave a review right away!He went above and beyond in his service, no one in our family has license at the time of purchase so he drove the van from his shop at the south to our apartment in downtown area. We're equally very happy and satisfied with our purchase and the outstanding service we got from Drive 'N' Go. Would 100% recommend them!
