357 Rusholme Road - Doversquare Apartments

I want to say Thanks to Sterling Karamar property management staff at 357 Rusholme Road for providing on time service during my tenancy period of 2 years (2019-2021). I had some great memories staying at this place and never had any issues within my apartment. Property management team is excellent and really humble. All my queries were address on time and i had never faced any problems at this place.Best place to live and very close to St. George, Downtown Toronto is just 25 mins by subway. Not to forget it is very close to Dufferin Mall, School, park, Subway station and some of the best restaurants at Dufferin and ossington. :)I am really thankful to the staff and property management, maintenance guys for their polite and professional behaviour.Thanks AgainAbhishek NFeb 2021

Packages constantly stolen! You should only live here if you don’t have another choice. High rent for no amenities and constant elevator breakdowns. Staff is supremely unhelpful. The company is corporation that does not care about you, just taking your money.

I used to live at property 357 Rusholme with a partner for 4 years and have been harassed by one specific maintenance crew member about personal matters, even invited herself after my partner passed to meddle in personal affairs. (I brought this matter to management)There is lack of painting and regular maintenance. Windows from the 1970's allowing water leaks.Would not recommend. Rent goes up and elevators always down. The only maintenance I see/hear is the sound of grass being mowed and flower potting. As a mask on how much it lacks maintenance. Must be busy delivering rent increase mail.

I have lived at 357 Rusholme Road for about 2 years, and had an overall positive experience.I will start by saying that all the staff is exceptionally helpful and nice. Always responsive, courteous and regardless of the occupation, professional.Thank you all for having been so awesome!I have to say this is one of the best property management I encountered. The building common spaces are cleaned daily, security is around in the evening, there are regular fire alarm drills, pest control etc...Oh and Sterling Karamar offers an online tenant tool allowing you to pay rent, book maintenance or ask questions remotely.The units are bigger than your average shoe box condo and views, neighborhood, and adjacent parks are a plus during COVID!The bad: There is often garbage lying around in the outdoor spaces since it's not stored in an enclosed facility. The units don't have AC and have thin windows so it can get hot in the summer and drafty in the winter, but that's typical of older apartment buildings. A decent value for the price.I hope this review helps someone!

Property management team really needs to act more professionally. I ran to multiple problems with my underground parking.First they didn’t activate my fob, the next day they said it’s activated then I figured out it only opens the garage door but not the door to basement elevator … and the greatest of all was that they rented my spot to another person on March the 1st so I had to park outside and I had to call them several times to sort it out. All this time and energy I wasted on things that could have been done correctly at first place … but it’s seems very hard for them to manage the routine tasks!!

Good, but old apartment

357 Rusholme, with Sterling Karamar Property Management, is an extraordinarily run building. Their units are frequently renovated with beautiful products and the grounds outside are remarkably large with Blue Spruce, Hydrangeas, Yew and tulips. There are several beaches in their tenants garden with ample space for a friendly family picnic.

Clean, bright, and centrally located to everything you need.

Mohamed our maintenance professional at 357 Rusholme is simply the best! He is so kind, helpful and knowledgable about the building and can fix anything! We put in maintenance tickets late at night, and he is there in the morning! Truly a shining star of this building and one of the main reasons we love living here.
