Good food, terrible customer service.I ordered a sub online and when I came to pick it up, 25 minutes later, the restaurant was empty, and the people behind the counter had no idea there was an order. One of them told me he was too busy cleaning to make my sandwich. Total attitude, no apology. I was clearly getting in the way of more important things.

Great location, super kind making my subway. I got the combo with a foot long subway, drink and cookies of chips. The sub-sandwich was made really well, which is rare at some subway locations. The person making my sub, made it exactly the way I like it. I enjoyed every bite of this crunch, savory, spicy, and saucy sandwich! Definitely recommend this location, if you are craving subway!You can also try their new green goddess sauce with your sub-sandwichThank you!

I ordered on line and In the store . First time having subway in many years. I was very impressed . Staff was super friendly and helpful. Online ordering was easy , however the app didn’t take all the coupons, but they took them in the store no problems. My online order was done to perfection. I also added a couple more subs in the store. Overall I am happy with the service and quality. Everything was very fresh as well

I have had good experiences at the Gimli Subway but today was a disappointment.I ordered a sausage and egg sub and got them to put some bacon on as well.Here is what I got…look at all that sausage!

Spent close to 30 dollars for two 6 inch subs-medium drinks and a small bag of chips(the kind you get for giving out at halloween)Service was exceptional. Only thing I didnt care for was the lettuce was turning brown and looked wet. So I opted for spinach instead.

No complaints. Used curbside pickup. My 6' Tuna sub was built as requested. My only complaint is that I think the app immediately defaults to a 15 minute wait, regardless of size of order. It would be better if the app worked like Tim Hortons or McDonald's where the order is submitted in real time and can be made as soon as the restaurant is able.

It was actually the worst sub we've ever had from subway. The lettuce was wilted, the bacon was a bunched up on a ball, and was just generally unbeatable. Soggy bread, salty as heck. Not happy. Subway Gimli, mb

I have to be honest I hate giving bad reviews but this is the dirtiest subway I have ever been to. I don’t even know why they wear gloves. With the gloves they touch those filthy appliances. Next time you go in there, look at how dirty the handles are on the appliances. After touching the appliances with the same gloves they touch your food. I went in today to order a sandwich and after taking someone’s payment and literally giving them back change with the same gloves they started to make my sandwich it’s not the first time this is happened at that location. Also the vegetables are soggy or brown half the time. After five the only bread available half the time is white. And if you look closely at the cheese you’ll see specs of crumbs and just disgusting stuff at the bottom of the trays. Don’t go there it’s gross.

Employees didn't understand proper English, so it made it very challenging to order. Sandwich made very sloppy, and washrooms are disgusting, no soap or paper towel for washing hands.
