Had some minor problems when first moving in. They didn’t install the drain properly with the tub so while taking my first bath after a long n hard move late at night was quite the experience lol. The fire alarm went off which was so loud all the neighbours could hear (which is a good feature!) but yea ended up with some water damage due to the drain and having the firemen coming to solve the issue, waking up my kids and taking them to the car was pretty inconvenient especially when it was 1am. Other than that the design of this place is awesome! Just the floorboards that they chose aren’t doing too well. They are chipping after every mop I do. And seem to be lifting a bit not even a year in. Also had to replace lightbulbs just a couple months in and didn’t even use the lights that much. But great location, great design and great neighbourhood all around.
