The issue I had with my computer wasn't the worst but never the less, costumer service was top notch! I called in to quickly ask about my problem and they were more than happy to give me possible solutions.I brought in my desktop to have it checked and it was done in a time le manner. Problem was explained to me in a format that I can understand, not a whole paragraph of gibberish that I have to guess" what's going on.Thank you very much Computronic.Overall very good service! Would definitely recommend and come back again for other things!"

I went in because my laptop fan was making a grinding sound. They ordered a new fan piece and charged me a somewhat expensive repair cost, but then they cleaned my whole computer for me including the screen and internals for no added cost. Very worth it!

Excellent service. I had my MacBook Air screen cracked and brought it to an official apple retailer store for repair, but they've told me it would cost 800 without apple care. At that price, it would have been better to buy a new PC. After that, I visited this place, and he assessed the cost within 5 minutes. He told me he would fix it with half the price of what the retailer gave me and he kept the promise with an excellent quality of repair. I haven't seen a clean screen like this for months and am very satisfied. 100% recommended, thank you!

Jeff was professional, knowledgeable, and skilled. My computer was treated with care, completely repaired, and cleaned for a reasonable price and with a quick turnaround - despite it being a long weekend no less. The price I was quoted upfront was what I paid. No hidden fees or gimmicks.I highly recommend their services and would return in the future!

A good man, who does good work. I would have given a 5, but I wish the repair had been less money, but then everyone deserves to earn a living. Not his problem that my budget is so tight. I would recommend him.

I took my Lenovo Yoga laptop to Computronic for a battery replacement. All communication by email with Jeff was quick and clear and he pre-ordered the battery and a couple of days later I the laptop in and he changed it within a couple of hours.I was considering getting a new laptop and this was super affordable and quick and saved me hundreds. Super happy with this place. We had a linux-based workstation break out of the blue - wouldn't boot anymore after a reboot and minor updates. Desperately needed it to run research simulations, definitely didn't want to rebuild the software infrastructure cause that's hell with Linux.Dropped it off on Wednesday, they figured out the problem by Thursday (something about the bios chip we could never have fixed) and got it done the same day for a reasonable price. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing some complex computer problem fixed.
