Ordered a couch mid April and was told 3 months for it to arrive. 3 months came and we didn't receive a call or an update so we called. They told us to come in. We went in and they told us it's still in production. Ok fine. We go in again a month later, beginning of August and are told it'll be here in 2 weeks. 2 weeks passes, no call. So we go in and are told the person who would have more information is done at 5 and the guy wasn't sure where it was. I understand the person wasn't there but why don't they have a system to see the order ? Why should I have to make multiple attempts to find out where my couch is? Shouldn't they be calling me to give me updates. I totally understand supply chain shortages but be up front and honest. If it's going to be longer than 3 months call and tell me. If you have no clue when it's arriving, tell me. Don't give false information if it's not going to be here. And make the effort to call your customers to inform them it's going to be longer. This is awful customer service. I'm not upset it's taking longer I'm upset no one communicates from this company. If it doesn't come in 2 weeks I'm ordering a couch elsewhere.

We were kindly treated like a young couple should have the prices were fair the shipping was fair. Came down in price because they want to make a sale we did our research and they were responsible cheaper and products were from Ashley furniture ware house which we’re American brand not Canadian our products were of quality and exactly what we wanted. The manager was from the Oshawa centre he ran a cell phone booth and I have trusted him for many years at that location nothin better then buying of some one who never ripped me off from the beginning. I don’t know sales people but I say they are straight to the point.

Excellent customer service by Sam the gentleman that was helping us what we were looking for our house. He helped us and give us so many ideas for our expectations. Very happy shopping at this location and I will refer my friends and family to shop at this location. Keep up the good work SAM

The staff at Whitby Furniture Outlet are very friendly and honest. I purchased an Ashley sectional at the best price we could find. They were honest about the extended delivery times of anything that had to be ordered. I have purchased here twice now and will give them my business in the future!

If you shop here compare the store price to Ashley’s because your item will be less expensive there. I will never shop there again.

My fiance and I stopped in when we purchased our new place. Kasim was very helpful and nice. We purchased a couch and dining room set from him. Mike was also very helpful. However we were sold on the couch having 4 pillows. On our invoice it also states 4 pillows. But upon delivery, it only came with 2. I called 3x and emailed 2x with the invoice number. And nothing. No reply.We were going to furnish our new place with them but now we will go somewhere else.If you do purchase, opt in on going to see it first and ensure everything is in tact.

One of the best store in whole Whitby. I was surprised to see such a big store which appeared to be small from outside. Sales staff was good , helped out with all my silly questions. Overall good place , good guys and will send my friend over too ! Keep it up guys.

We were very pleased with our experience. We ordered a couch and it came in 2 weeks early. They have a great selection of material to choose from which was great. Mike was very helpful. After the couch was delivered we found a minor problem and Mike sent a service person back to our house within an hour and had the problem fixed in a few minutes. Great customer service.

My parents got very excited when they were in the store and put down a deposit for a custom bedroom set. However, the next day we went to cancel the order and the owner was super nice and understanding. He refunded our deposit right away. We will for sure come back to buy furniture from this store again.

Everyone was very up front about the fact that it could be up to 12 weeks for delivery of the sofa. Fortunately there was one in stock for the model I wanted and I was able to have it delivered later that day! Mike was very helpful and prices are very reasonable
