The lady there was so rude to myself and my kids. They used to be good and friendly. Now everyone is miserable and so rude. NEVER will we go back or recommend!!!!!

I've gone here multiple times since moving to coaldale.These people are scams. I've always come in with 2 large bags with the same amount every single time... as I live in a house where I can't store bags of cans, I take in 2 every 2 weeks. I JUST started counting my cans/bottles cause I've noticed a huge money back difference. 3 times now, I've noticed the ladies count ex.. 45 water bottles and put in 40. I've mentioned something to them, and I get complete rudeness. This is unacceptable. Just be honest and humble.

To the guy with the review of getting ripped off at Coaldale Bottle Depot you need to check your math before you complain .... Coaldale Bottle Depot has never done me wrong and they are friendly , fast and do not charge for pick ups plus they can set up an account for people who live out of town so you can pick up your money anytime. They donate to a lot to organizations and the owners are not interested in doing you wrong but making sure you are in and out fast and happy. The employee's are always there to help and always greet you. Make sure your bags only contain registered bottles and no non- drinking containers and get your full refund.

Went in today, been going here for the past 15 years. Today when I walked in I forgot my mask the lady working instantly asked for me to put it on i apologized but she pushed me back which was very uncomfortable and as the man was counting my cans she told me to put my last bag up there but the table was still full of cans, she kept telling me to do it over and over again until I did. Terrible experience I take the drive to lethbridge next time, what an embarrassment to coaldale!

Refused to take a few bags (truck bed) of bottles 40 mins before closing told me I could leave them overnight or come tomorrow!

took a full horse trailer full of cans bottles last Oct. only got $850.00. took a full trailer this oct. but had bags piled on 2 deep freezers. THIS TIME I WENT TO MAGRATH. got $915.Coaldale ripped me off well over 150$ .I'm never go back.

Don't waste your time here if your looking for top service. Won't open bags even though they have gloves on and there is no sink to wash your hands after. Also puts up a fuss if containers still have water in them even though they have drains for it. For the volume taken in the amount was half back of what is usually given in lethbridge .

I have been here a few times, I like their service.They wash with water before starting, they count the bottles in front of me and they do it fast.I have been to many recycling depots and this is actually one of the better ones.

Always polite and professional.Maybe the guy who got more at a different depot simply had more bottles ?Ive never been ripped off .Its frustrating that a business can be tainted by unsubstantiated accusations.
