This week was my first time there and I was disappointed after selling couple items to them. I brought in a few new and fairly new items to sell and I was given less than $10 cash. Few of the items were rejected because they were out of style. Not what I had expected. Anyways, if you know your items are worth more, you are better off selling on kijiji or elsewhere. Other than that Customer service was good, store was clean and organized. The girl that helped with me the registration was very polite, kudos to her.

Good stuff for good prices. Just a bit messy and understaffed. I felt kind of bad for the girls there. They need more cashiers on and they need more people to deal with all the drop offs they receive. It was extremely busy inside. The staff were nice but they were strained due to not being enough support.

Went with my mom and twin toddlers - overall was a good experience, had many good items and great prices.Only down fall was the store itself, it was very over crowded with clothing and items, need almost a better system or bigger store lol! Felt my kids were getting overstimulated.Definitely will return maybe without the kids.

I love this place. Bright. Well organized. Super helpful and friendly staff. I brought in a few boxes of clothing to sell. Very pleased with the offer - contrary to some reviewers here - I was not expecting to get what I paid for in other new stores - my kids did wear the outfits. Easy process. Staff explained the process and they answered all my questions. I bought some stuff too - prices are reasonable - mostly $5 for pants and tops. They said I would save on some taxes if I bought at the same time they bought from me - so thought that was cool. Will definitely be back.

Review is from the perspective of a shopper:The store aisles are tall, narrow and packed, but well-organized, too. Everything smelled clean/laundered. As some reviewers have stated, the majority of clothes definitely look and feel second-hand, however I felt the prices were fair ($2-4 dollars for each newborn piece I bought.) Every now and then you will find something that looks new--you just need to come with a bit of time to hunt through. My best find was a winter bunting bag for $9!!! And judging by the lack of pilling, it's likely new/used rarely. I couldn't find everything single thing on my shopping list, but I've saved some money for sure. I would definitely come back the next time I need things.

I read how the consignment process works on their website. Before I took the 35 km drive there in construction season, I called to see if they would consider what I'm bringing as not to waste time and gas. They said yes and they were well aware that I'm coming from far. When I arrived with items which were all brand new, I was then told that it will take a 3 - 4 hours to process and make me an offer. I asked if they can consider the distance I came and I was told no". I said "fine

I love this store and have sold and bought lots from here. My only issue is when I call to ask if they can give me the balance of what my items were worth. Apparently, you have to go in the store to find that out. Just tell me over the phone, really not much to ask for. My items were all accepted last time and I had no bins, but the lady wouldn’t tell me what my cash value from my credit value was and said I have to come in person for them to tell me. I have twins, please just be a bit more empathetic towards other people’s situation. I don’t always have time to just go there to find out something I could just be told over the phone.

I love this store and so do my kids. The staff is so helpful and always so happy to see us. The prices are amazing and the environment is so fun. Love their deals and social media posts. The events are so well timed and always well stocked with so much selection. Can't wait for our next visit

Very good selection of baby clothes. I was even able to find Preemie size for our very small baby, this is the only place I've found this size used. Staff was very friendly and helpful and prices are really good, I'd even say it's better priced than Value Village and feels much more rewarding as they are not making money off of donations. It was for sure worth the drive from Barrhaven. I will be back when my baby is born and will always recommend this to my mommy friends ❤️.
