Power to the house went down and the panel needed immediate attention. Spoke to Dave and he made a point to come out right away as he knew we were without power. I was very impressed with how quickly he responded to my issue. Would recommend.

Had our basement electric installed with GATT Electric. Wish I could do two separate reviews one for the work that was completed and one towards management. Easy quote process, electricians that came in were fantastic. Work was great. After rough in, it took six months for an invoice to be sent and when it was sent it was registered mail with an overdue stamp. The following day after receiving a very rude call from what I assume is a third party collector. We had recieved the invoice 24 hours prior. We live a 30 min drive away from GATT and both my husband and I work during business hours. A cheque was dropped off by the end of the week.After final inspection, I mean no one besides employees were ever here. I asked for an invoice to be sent with the employees so I could send a cheque with them, that didn’t happen. Finally received an invoice and again it was paid in a timely manner. No parking was available.Fast forward a few months and receive a threatening email from again what I assume is third party. It started we owed the entire amount of the second invoice. Called the emailer she was extremely rude. Later spoke to Dave and he explained it was the HST that must have been missed. No problem when I’m in Orangeville I will stop by and clear up the $226 still outstanding.I went today out of my way because in the last week I have received two phone calls an another email regarding the $226.Get there again, no parking… except one spot. “Manager Parking.” No problem leave my dogs along with my three kids in the car with it running, because A. It’s hot, B. This should take a min.Spoke to an older gentleman there, explained who I was and that I wanted to clear up an invoice. No, Hi, no problem, sure, just HOW DO YOU WANT TO PAY? I said cash but I asked if I could get a receipt as we have a bunch of hiccups with invoices and payments etc. He goes In the back brings the receipt I apologize that I needed one and kind of explained why it had taken so long. To which he replied,”People always say the don’t receive invoices. We send them.” I felt as if he was implying that I was a liar, and just didn’t want to pay. Well, if people always say they don’t receive them perhaps a look at who is sending them is in order… just a thought.I then told him when I came to drop of the last cheque I confirmed with Dave that we are all cleared up and everything is good with the account. The man explained to me, that the people taking the payment take the payment they don’t know what is owed. I find that an interesting way to run a business I also question how the company does keep track of what is owed…Proceeded to go outside and was greeted but one of the rudest people I have probably ever come across. I smiled she yelled at me, “it’s spelled out for you that, that spot is for MANAGEMENT ONLY!” I apologized and explained I had just run in to pay an invoice. She yelled at me again, “I DON’T CARE!”Well management you must care as you have not stopped calling for the last two weeks to collect the $226 that has been outstanding. Also perhaps management should consider a dedicated place to park for customers, because without customers your management position will be no longer. Just another thought.
