Took my 2017 gmc truck in for Brake service.. turns out if needed complete brake job… Tyler mechanic was great to deal with.. he was upfront, honest and thorough…offered options and suggestions. Price was fair and service excellentI would 100% trust JT S. And definitely use them again.Thanks Guys

When we came from out of town to purchase a used car in Orillia we were given Mike's name as a reliable mechanic to inspect our vehicle before purchase. He was incredibly accommodating and took us last minute the same day we called since we did not live nearby. After the initial inspection he gave us his professional opinion which we found helpful and informative and he declined payment for his time saying that he hated to see someone get ripped off with a bad used car and he was happy to help. He said that spreading the word about his shop would be thanks enough and we are happy to do that! :)

JT’s Automotive saved our trip. We got an hour and a half from home on our way to blue mountain when we ran into break issues with our car. My husband called about 5 different mechanics, none of which could help us. JT’s got us in within 5 minutes, completed all the work efficiently and gave us a fantastic price. We cannot recommend JT’s more. The service is quick, friendly and worth every penny.

I wanted to have the steering checked on my one ton diesel dually just to be assured that everything was ok. They spent an hour going over it and assured me that everything was fine. I was not charged for the visit. Absolutely amazing. I would highly recommend J.T.'s

I started taking my Santa Fe to JT's last summer. Mike has always taken the time to explain exactly what the problem is, and is always happy to provide transportation to home and back even though I live outside of Orillia. He's fitted me in quickly and had even come out on the road where I had a problem and escorted me back to the shop. It is reassuring to have this kind of service. I will keep going back(but hopefully not too often) , and will definitely recommend JT's.

The most honest, reliable auto service shop around!Mike and his team took care of my vehicle and saved me thousands compared to Canadian tire and Toyotas quote for the servicing needed. They both wanted 14-16 hours in labour and Mike could have taken me to the cleaners if he wanted to - charging me half, 7 hours, but he didn’t and the team seriously took the right direction and I was in and out in 1.5 hours.I honestly suggest everybody who needs auto service done to their vehicles speak to MikeThank you !

Mike has assisted me a few times when I really needed help, he has each time with out having to wait days, when I needed my truck. I bought new snow tires from him, he changed my old snow tires and put the new ones on my old rims, he even painted the old rusty rims for me, that extra service is so appreciated and my truck looks so much better for it!Thank you for your service and help when I needed it at a tough time in my life.Cindy Snow

JT's corrected a major mistake made by another garage featuring a red triangle. They explained the error in detail and corrected it. Meanwhile the triangle shop was still phoning me and assuring me that they did a good job (NOT).

very understanding mechanics and manager. Not trying to gouge you with a bunch of prices and Parts that you don't need. This was my 1st time going but I will definitely be bringing my vehicle back here!
