Absolutely amazing people to deal with! There is a reason why they are so busy...THEY KNOW WHAT THEY’RE DOING!!! The staff helped with identifying items I needed for my lawn tractor as well as fixing a problem/issue on my regular push mower that was the manufacturer’s fault!!! They’ve earned my patronage from now on!

Took a tiller there for a tune up and waited patiently for 5+ weeks to get a call, which I never got. I called them again (3rd and last time) for an update 10 days ago and was told that I was 'next in line'. I went in today to get it, tuned up or not. I was not surprised that it apparently still hadn't been touched. Don't believe their 'next in line' BS; I will henceforth take my business elsewhere. No apology, no excuses.It is not just me apparently. Another customer was in at the same time and said that he shouldn't have brought his saw there (he called at least 3 times to get the 'service' he got and AFAIK also won't return).Suggest you try elsewhere first and this place as only as a last resort.

This is possibly the best small-engine parts supplier in Ottawa. Not only are they well stocked, even with very old parts, but the counter folks know their stuff. They are happy to share their knowledge to help you diagnose the problem, and then successfully repair it, even in cases where the repair is non-conventional". Reliable

My company has used Nepean Kanata exclusively for over 25 years for all of our small engine needs. I have also dealt with them personally for chainsaws/brush saws etc. They have always provided excellent service at a fair price. They are extremely knowledgeable and happy to help troubleshoot any problems that we have encountered over the years. Top notch service always! I can't recommend them highly enough!!!

Have dealt with this location multiple times and have never been disappointed. Knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Due to Covid-19- service, parts and new equipment was delayed by the manufacturer but they took my name and number and faithfully followed up once the products were available. Well done … my trust in this organization will continue.

My chainsaw was there for a tune-up. After 6 weeks I called and they had forgotten to do it, said it would be done right away. After another week they hadn't called me so I just showed up to pick it up and it was supposedly done. The first time I used it, a bolt and exhaust gasket fell out! Rental Village in Carleton Place has my saws tuned in 2 days and call me right away. THAT is customer service.

Staff extremely helpful and correctly advised on the repair of my chain saw.Instead of simply profiting on the sale of parts they directed me to the real problem with the saw.

I have used Nepean Kanata Small engines for years and have always been given the best treatment! I have purchased and serviced my lawn mower and snow blower too! I will definitely return the next time and highly recommend them to everyone!
