They do a great job grooming! They are very kind and considerate. I had a high stress dog, who I imagine was a nightmare to groom, but they always said how good she is and how sweet she was. When I got a new puppy I did not hesitate to bring her to Pet Pet Wash, and they have been so good. At Christmas she even came out with a pretty Christmas bow! Jenny and her team are considerate and very professional.

Jenny always takes the time with our very anxious dog. We were new dog owners when we starting going to Pet Pet 8+ years ago. She taught us many things that have helped a great deal. Pricing is fair for the service. Hard working honest family doing a very good job.

Pet pet wash is an amazing place.... I wish I could have found them sooner....what sets them apart from others is their priority is on the well- being and gaining the trust of your animal FIRST! Your dog is Not treated like they are on an assembly line to just make a dollar. They take the time to make sure that your pet is comfortable and safe. They do excellent work!..and they know how to properly handle animals....their work is consistent....and my dog always comes home happy. I have seen my dog be aggressively mistreated and pulled up by his front legs from a groomer ...it was traumatic ......it devastated me seeing it.....you trust they are going to be cared for. When I found pet pet wash...they couldn't believe how sweet he was. They are very compassionate and kind people. I can leave my dog knowing he is going for a spa day and is taken care of with loving people.

I tried PPW for the first time today. I was incredibly happy with their service. They were friendly and enthusiastic. My dog and I felt welcomed, valued and appreciated the moment we walked in. On top if that, they did a great job on short notice.

Jenny is very kind. Groomers here genuinely care about your animal and take pride in their work. I am confident my dog is comfortable here; he doesn’t come out traumatized like he has at other groomers. Nice to see a proper, full service groom with no gimmicks or cash grab extras. They have our loyalty!

We have been taking our dog Scrappy to Pet Pet Wash since 2009! They groom him perfectly every time. My dog is 18 years old now and has the worst anxiety and they handle him so well. They truly go the extra mile to ensure he isn’t stressed out and that he is happy and comfortable when I come pick him up! I know every time I take him he is in the best hands. They know their clients so well and treat you like family and as though your dog is their dog. I would say hands down the best groomers in Edmonton - I would highly recommend them! Brought our blind dog to Jenny for grooming after our previous groomer wouldn’t take him anymore due to his high anxiety around other yappy dogs. Jenny was really good with him and actually did a great job removing his shedding under coat.(Boarder collie mix breed) no groomer had done this so well around his neck and chest area before. Thanks Jenny, he looks great!
