Hello all. I recently came into the jean Coutu store. At the location near kings ice cream. I walked into the store and it was dirty. The store was absolutely ransacked and people standing around doing nothing. I have written this review, and a five star at that because of one worker. Her name was Sydney. Whilst all of her co-workers were goofing of doing jack all, Sydney was working away. she was serving all of the costumers, and was cleaning the store. I'd like this review to get recognition as well as Sydney for her very hard work. Its young teens like her that are going to carry our generation to the next. Have a good day all.

I have tried to call this store, spent 25 minutes and did not get to speak to a human, tried photo department, floor person, cashier and the manager, none of which answers the phone! Must be a really busy store or no one working! Very disappointing! They were recommended for passport photos, will look for someone else!

Great selection of items, but there could be some improvement with customer service. I was in the make up section for about 25 minutes and no one approached me. Also, I waited about 2 minutes while 2 people at the cash were chatting. Maybe they had something important to talk about, I wouldn't know. I asked the cashier how she was doing and she ignored me, immediately turned around and kept talking to her coworker as she rang me in. She gave my total and I asked about air miles and she sighed loudly and scanned it for me. Maybe it was the time of day I went that made the difference but in the past I've had better service here. I know working in customer service is exhausting toward the end of the day.

Well organized drug store with a great selection of items that does a great job of providing value for money. The staff are always friendly and helpful. I never have to second guess my purchases at Jean Coteau.

Not overly impressed with the service this evening and I have been going to this pharmacy for about 11 yrs. Went to refill my prescription as I had 1 refill left, I was told the prescription had expired and they would refill it for an extra charge. I will go without thanks. I will not return either.

It always seems and feels clean when you walk in to the store.I like the wide variety and range of thing to buy when just waiting in your prescription or just looking for a small gift.

HeyThis is to let all you folks out there know this pharmacy goes the extra mile to help....I am an RN and trust me alot would say I'm hard to please Iol...Not Connie tho,this girl is awesome super smiley and caring and super compassionate...Very impressed with her interest in customers and their satisfaction on more that one occassion...Would recommend this pharmacy to anyone that considers the old fashionour customers matter " attitude important! Great hire here guys....and thanks Connie"

The clinic is completely useless don’t bother going. Receptionist was disrespectful and didn’t care about anything I had to say. I cant make an appointment through the phone as the line is never reachable. I also tried making an appointment in person when the room was completely empty with no clients and of course i get rejected! Now I have to constantly call them like a dog and waste my time. They do not care about you. DO NOT COME HERE FOR THE CLINIC!
