Basic car wash never met any staff can’t comment. The wash is cheap and just Ok

Centrally located gas station. Right outside of the St. Vital mall and next to a McDonalds. Attendants have always been super friendly in my experience. If you need your car washed this is the place as it is a reasonable price. Dont forget to use your Petro Points card to collect points when you are there.

I went to there to fuel, put my debit card in, and then the machine indicated that I had to see the cashier. I went to the cashier and explaining what happened, he said I owe $20 on the machine. I said no because I didn't do anything. But he kept suspecting me and asking the same question. Feeling very unpleasant now.

It's a good place to get gas and the staff are friendly but be careful with the car wash. I have a modern CX-5, an SUV that has a rounded back-end and a lot of nooks and crannies on the front-end. The mechanism on this car wash does not clean it properly. It misses below the rear spoiler and around the license plate area. It also misses the headlights and grille because of how they are inset.My theory is that the system was built for older, boxier cars like sedans, trucks, and vans. If you have one of them, you'll probably get a good wash. Unfortunately it doesn't do much for me.

Terrible car wash. Not thoughout out well. Can't pay at the gate. Stupid

THEY HAVE A TERRIBLE CAR WASH. I went there for a car wash and it broke my windshield. There was no chips or damage before this happened.According to the cashier it has happened multiple times and the gas station will not pay for it to get replaced. Avoid this car wash!!

These guys are awesome! Nasir and Shea went out of their way to help me out in a tight situation. Customer service like this is what keeps me coming back to this store.

Needs better management.

Today I went to use the car wash at this Petro Canada. Unfortunately, to my disappointment, the car wash I had was expired. Not used but expired. The attendant could not do anything for me. I understand I missed the date, however if I hadn't used the product, why could the attendant not replace it for me?He had a hard time understanding what I was saying, I had to repeat myself several times. Unsure if there was some sort of communication barrier but in the end he said he could not help me because it was my fault.I usually go to the Petro Canada on Nova Vista to purchase gas (better mileage than other Petros), and always have a great experience and am treated like a human being. Today, at this Petro, located on St. Mary's and Bishop Grandin, I left feeling disheartened. I would go wash my car by hand at Nova Vista but wanted to use this car wash that I had. I'll try to see what another location can do for me. All I'm asking for is customer service.Gift cards don't expire. Why do car wahes?In the end, it is my fault for missing the date but the gas attendant could have been a little nicer with his answer. Thank you.
