This is the best salong that I have ever been to. Every single time that I go, I am confident that my hair will turn out exactly as I expected. I have had so many bad experiences at other salons that I would avoid getting my hair cut for years at a time. Since finding Industry Hair a couple of years ago I no longer have anxiety about it and actually look forward to pampering myself, and having 100% confidence that I'm going to leave with hair that looks phenomenal. The stylist takes the time to look at photos that I bring in, they discuss the amount of maintenance that the style requires and will suggest alternatives if a particular idea I have won't work well with either my lifestyle, hair texture, etc. They really care and are are true artists. I now live in a different province but since I will not go anywhere else, I actually drive back here from Quebec because no one else will ever be allowed to touch my hair. Everyone is super friendly, they have a selection of tea, coffee, juice, sparkling water, and freshly made treats. Another thing that I've noticed here every time is that the stylists are always helping each other and complimenting each other's work. It seems to be a very pleasant place to be and I'm sure that also contributes to how great this place is.

I visited Industry tonight and had an amazing first experience. I felt welcomed immediately by the warm greeting by several staff. I desperately needed a cut and Sydney did an amazing job. She looked at my ideas, offered advice and my hair turned out great. You can tell that the stylists work as a team to make a great experience for their clients. I have already booked my next appointment!

I went to Industry for the first time today and had the privilege of getting a cut by Sydney!I would highly recommend booking your next hair appointment with her or even just there. She listened to exactly what I wanted, straightened my hair for me and suggested some great products that I will be back for!Everyone was very friendly and it felt like such a great environment to be in. I am new to Industry Hair having moved to Niagara fairly recently. Marilyn gives the best cut ever (one you can easily manage yourself) and David’s colour is beautiful and very natural. Everyone who leaves the place looks amazing. I feel lucky to have found them.

I’m from Northern Alberta and desperately needed a someone to fix my awful bad haircut. I got the privilege to get in with Sydney. She did her magic and gave me a super cute manageable hair cut. I highly recommend her. She was so easy to talk to, very knowledgeable and helpful. I usually judge a hairstylist by the way they wash, style and finish a cut. Let me tell you, her experience and training shows. My aunt used to own winning salons in Edmonton, Calgary and Vancouver, so I’m very sceptical to try a new salon or a new stylist. I can assure you that Sydney is top notch professional, approachable, friendly. She made me feel comfortable right away. The salon takes pride in giving their staff knowledge and it is apparent in Sydney. She’s confident behind the chair. If I could have packed her up in my suitcase, I would have! Love Industry Hair! This is the only salon that I trust to properly deal with my hair. Great vibe with a pleasant atmosphere, and extremely clean! The staff is very friendly! I’m always greeted very warmly upon my entrance and seated immediately. They have a great coffee and tea bar to make your experience even more comfortable, not to mention that your drink is always served with one of Nonna’s homemade baked treats! Dave and Marilyn are the co-owners and the best husband and wife team in the Industry! Not only are they genuine and down to earth, but I completely trust them, as they always know what to do with my hair! Dave always does a fabulous job with my colour, followed up by Marilyn for the perfect cut and style, every time! Their extensive knowledge and skill are truly unmatched! I have recommended them to many family and friends over the years and they’ve all become loyal and very happy clients like myself!

I have tried so many salons in Niagara and I have to say the Industry is probably the best one. The vibe in the salon is amazing, relaxed, friendly and professional. You get these delicious homemade cookies too and this really adds to the overall experience. I am a blond and other blondes can relate to how difficult it is to find a hairdresser that does it right so you don’t feel like you have to come back 2 weeks later to get it done again. I had Sydney do my hair and she listened to what I wanted (more dimension) and gave me some additional suggestions that I was really happy with. If you’re looking for a highly skilled group of professionals in a salon with a great vibe this salon is the place to go!
