Was my first time stopping here, was over 5 minutes before anybody even acknowledged that we were standing at the counter. The burgers sat on the back counter for over 5 minutes before it made it to our tray. Fries had a bunch of cold and none cooked ones in the box. Was not impressed with this location.

Amazing front counter service, extremely organized and friendly.Food was amazing, restaurant was clean and everyone was smiling.Other places need to take note.

This is a place I go to on a regular basis. For fast food, it is definitely quality. They have your food out within minutes, I have never had an issue with customer service here and let's be real, everyone loves a good ol' baconator! They also give out ghost pepper ranch sauce for the chicken nuggets which is easily my favorite sauce as a spice lover. The fries are decent and it's definitely worth getting a small frosty to dip your fries in... I didn't know this was a thing until recently and glad I discovered it! What a treat. With all the above, it is a little pricy.

We went in to dine in for once and there were 5 workers each one with long hair in a pony tail. Not a single hair net and they were flinging their hair everywhere. Then a whole sleeve of cups (not packaged) fell on the floor right beside the mop and caution wet floor sign and it was picked up and not wiped down or anything( so someone just put their mouth on dirty floor) and to top it off, both my husband and daughter burgers were pink inside!! I will NEVER eat there again!
