No to taking 5 Gallon water bottlesTo the landfill I'm told, sad

I brought in 7 bags of bottles on Dec.9 for Fast Drop. When I got my email saying my money was ready I received $3.20. I always bring in multiple bags so that I can have the money deposited into my bank. I have left 2 emails and left a phone message with no response.

Don't bother taking your glass bottles here, they don't take them. Don't try to sort your plastic bottles inside to get out of the wind (wind kept knocking them over and dropping on the ground) they won't let you. Don't try to keep the same cart, you have to go get a new one each time. The young east indian cashier was rude and kept telling people they were closing in 25 minutes. Customer service here sucks. Won't bother coming here again.

Went in today with tons of bottles/cans and it was very busy. There were hardly any carts or bins available, so I had been reusing 2 garbage bags to complete my purchases; overall I completed 5 transactions. The first cashier I had was awesome, he was very polite, efficient, and had amazing customer service! He even let me keep my garbage bags, to continue using, for the remaining of my bottles/cans. Thank you Joey! However, the other cashier I had for almost all my other transactions, was not so awesome. Harjot was not very polite and had poor customer service. I even saw a customer walk right past her into the restricted area to grab bins; she did not say or do anything about this.

One stop shop for all your recycling needs! Not sure if they have the bottle drop off as I’ve never taken my recyclable bottles there. However, they will take large and small appliances, cardboard, and even oil products! Really great if you’re doing a renovation, or do your own car maintenance.

So sign up at fast drop and make a account then just drop off ur bottles and boom money goes to ur account have to wait til u get 25 dollars to redeem though just so u know but they do the work for u which is awsome. Thanks fast drop love ur service.

Be very cautious and separate everything. It’s the second time I have been there and both times I feel I got ripped off. I felt something was fishy the first time but gave this place a second try and now I am convinced the cashier didn’t count all the returns. She didn’t even remove the cases from the lower cart just looked at it and did a quick visualization. I almost feel she just picked a number and estimates the amount.I question her and rudely she said commented “ you can count it “ almost as if she anticipated to be questioned. Very unprofessional- If you don’t like your job find a new one that you enjoy.I guarantee I am not the first person who felt this way. All the positive reviews are old read the recent reviews. Never again.

I warned customers please arrange & count it yourself otherwise you will have same fate like me.. I don’t believe that I received $63 of this 3 Mega boxes??!! They said it’s only 630 bottles??!! I done arranging & counting previously by myself , it’s only 1 mega box and I received $110.. but this time I didn’t arrange it because it’s 3 Mega boxes. I drop it off because thought I could trust them but surprisingly here I only received $63!!!
