The line is long at some times but they do their best! Better coffee then all the Tim’s in town the line is worth it. Staff is always friendly when I come through.

I have never seen a Starbucks like this before or experienced something like we did today.We chose to walk inside because the drive thru was lined up around the block.When we walked inside, there were 10 to 15 people standing and waiting for their drinks. There were 4 people in line as well in front of us. It must have taken 15 minutes to get to the till.While I observed what was happening, it was clear that someone was missing at work today. There was one lady taking orders, one making sandwiches for customers and the third lady was calmly making as many drinks as she could.There were 2 people in the back doing what looked like inventory. Then, who we believed was the manager walked out and there was no urgency to help his staff while he leaned on the counters on his phone in front of everyone waiting for their drinks.The lady making drinks, Whitney, deserves a raise. She was an amazing worker and continued to make as many drinks as she could to get customers their drinks. It was refreshing to see a worker focused on the task at hand and not their phone.This Starbucks lost business this morning because of the line ups. I was disappointed because the situation could have been better. We left a half an hour past our departure time and had to cut out a stop of interest off our travel plans to make up lost time.

Stopped in during a road trip. Only 1 (dirty) bathroom available, the rest were out of order. Really long wait, was overcharged for my drink and then they forgot to give me my cake pop. I finally got the rest of my order and after leaving I discovered the cake pop was nearly completely raw..

It's a Starbucks. it has some novelty as a chain but I really do not buy coffee here. This was a stop for a friend. I just liked the way the drive-thru display screen has the order taker on-screen. Maybe it's not so fun for the order taker but you can see if they are even paying attention. I think this will increase order accuracy somehow.

Tastes good but super slow when they're open, constantly closing early and not updating hours online is getting old. If staffing is such an issue it's time to look at management or pay your staff a better wage

Starbucks is extremely understaffed and we can’t forget these people are extremely underpaid, although I do get frustrated about the wait- it is not the employees fault and for the amount of abuse these people take from customers everyday- no wonder they don’t want to exert themselves for a minimum wage job . maybe if Starbucks properly staffed their facilities and gave their employees a proper working environment this wouldn’t be a problem. Don't come here if you can't wait

The service is absolutely ridiculous. You pre order and still wait 30-40 minutes for your coffee. This is not an issue at any other Starbucks so why is it an issue here? I’ll be supporting local from now on! Canadian Grind is way more on top of it.

Everyone is always so friendly and doing their best, even with long lines and constant rude people. They always greet you warmly when you come and go, I love the team they have.

If your wait for drinks is less than 25 minutes, you should buy a lottery ticket. Long waits, staff who don't know the menu and confuse your order - and for regular drinks. Starbucks should be quick, but it's turned into a sit-down restaurant.

It's a Starbucks. I don't go very often, twice a year. So many choices. The staff is well trained and professional. Ordering is quick. Getting your coffee takes time as each beverage is freshly made. For me, it is nice to have as a treat,
