Brought my car in as I thought something was wrong with the steering wheel (which seemed to have resolved by the time I got it to the shop). These guys looked into it, found nothing out of the ordinary, and didn't charge for taking a look. Quite a change of pace from the usual mechanics who try to upsale everything. I certainly plan to be back in the future, but hopefully not too soon.

Had the misfortune of snapping my 2016 CR-V's front lug nut stud while replacing my winter tires over the weekend. The great folks at Pleasant view Auto Centre (Joe) told me that he will try to fit me in on the same day (Monday) and gave me a fair quote on properly replacing the lug nut and wheel bearing. The best part is they managed to repair it the same day! Thank you guys for the amazing customer service and experience. Will definitely return for all my automotive needs!

My family has been going here for a few years now and generally had positive experience. Joe is usually great at explaining issues and providing suggestions even if they aren't able to do the work. Compared to other auto shops, the pricing is pretty fair.

My wife was driving her car when she noticed a wobble in the steering wheel. Not wanting to risk driving it, I dropped the vehicle at Pleasant View Auto Centre. Joe was gracious enough to fit the car in even though they were extremely busy, and the problem was fixed the next day at a very reasonable price! Great, honest, and reliable mechanic shop. I recently moved to Toronto from another city and have found the mechanic I'll be using from now on!

Honestly Joe. YOU NEED TO HAVE A SENSE OF TIME!Please do not waste anybodies time by keeping the car on the drive way for 4 hrs and not looking at it. You could have just told me that it won't be possible to service the car and I would have gotten the maintenance check done some where else.You know what car maintenance check including oil change and tire rotation with all the other checks can be done in 45 mins and no one should wait for 4 hrs and pick-up the vehicle with out the job not getting done. Horrible attitude and bad experience. Would want to give a minus rating for this business.

Only had one experience there, less than a week ago, but so far the work seems great, as was the pricing. They were easy to communicate with. In and out. Just what you want in a mechanic. The work I had done was pretty basic (brakes, oil, tire balance/rotation, and a few checks), but I'll definitely be back again.

Joe is fantastic! As a woman I always struggled finding and honest mechanic and I can truly say with Joe I feel at ease! My mother and I have been using his trusted services for almost 8 years and I wouldn’t trust anyone else!
