My fiancé and I did a lot of research and shopping around before deciding on diamond exchange. Due to Covid , we had hesitations on buying a Diamond and a ring without being able to see it in person.Michael provided the reassurance I needed. He was very responsive to emails and offered a ring that we wanted. The Diamond and the setting were competitively priced and we could not have been more pleased. There’s a grading report included in the package and it’s shipped with overnight shipping. Experience from start to finish was fantastic no matter how many questions I have for Michael.Michael provided expert advices and would also respect and accommodate customer needs. I would definitely recommend Diamond Exchange to anyone looking for an engagement ring.Thanks again!

Long story short: above & beyond customer service, great engagement ring (she said yes). 100% legitimate, don't worry.I've had a great experience working with Michael finding our engagement ring. He's very knowledgeable and transparent with their process: from diamond/ring selection, sourcing, fabrication and delivery/inspection.Multiple-times, Michael and team have gone above & beyond: even going as far as personally driving to my home for inspection/drop-off.They're at the highrise at Front & Bay. She said yes! Wonderful experience with DiamondExchange. Michael know his stuffs and he is very attentive to any of my questions. I tried messaging big brand diamond shop in the States and never get a reply when shopping around. The website itself might not be the most user friendly, but Michael ensured that customization is always possible depending on my preference. Also, Michael sees that my ring get completed before I start my proposal trip, much appreciated.
