Sephora Brentwood is horrible. The staff there is lazy, unhelpful, no accountability, horrible service. I went to them three times and each time I leave disappointed and frustrated. I have had staff there day dream at the till then be rude to me. I have had staff accuse me of being rude when they didn’t even read their own receipt correctly and then walked away. Managers are disorganized, probably explains why staff are the way they are. I HIGHLY suggest stay away if you don’t want to be frustrated. No need for this retail store if I get better service online, which really is no service.

Today was my first ever experience at this location, I stopped in as I was waiting for my reservation at Earls. When I first came in, I was welcomed and told about the current promotion and what event was happening in store, which I thought was very exciting! As I proceeded to browse around, there was no one else asking if I needed anything, was I finding everything ok? Most of the girls were bunched around chatting to each other. When I tried to ask someone a question they would just walk past me as if I didn’t exist. Very disappointing needless to say.. I left and ordered my items online. Customer service at Sephora has really gone downhill. Which is sad to see.

Leila was absolutely amazing. She was extremely knowledgeable about all things beauty and skincare and was able to answer all of my questions and provide me with great recommendations.She took the time to understand my specific needs and concerns and tailored her advice and suggestions accordingly. She was also very patient and understanding, never making me feel rushed or pressured to purchase anything.Not only did she provide me with great product recommendations, but she also gave me tips and tricks for applying makeup and taking care of my skin. She even showed me how to create a few different looks using the products she recommended.Overall, my experience with leila was fantastic. She was professional, friendly, and truly passionate about her work. I would highly recommend her to anyone in need of beauty advice or product recommendations.

I came here for the 4th time yesterday.Staff seems to always be annoyed, especially cashiers.I wasn't even asked about my membership twice, they just scanned everything without saying a word.Not even once have I gotten any type of sample, whereas I always do when I make online purchases.Overall, my shopping experience in this Sephora store is poor compared to other locations such as Metrotown or Robson St.I won't be coming back to this store.

I usually don’t put makeup, so get overwhelmed by the vast number of products at makeup stores. Victoria helped me narrow down to a few choices that suit my skin tone and I love the blush she recommended. It looks so natural and pretty I wear it every day now.

Unpleasant saleswoman! First time visit the store. A store poster shown Innisfree green tea serum price is $35. However, on the price tag shown $38. I asked for the difference. An unpleasant saleswoman told me both are different products and the lower price one are all sold out. I questioned her why both have the same description and the serum are available on the shelf. She then realized that she has given me the wrong information. If the poster is no longer valid, I suggested her to remove the poster. She just walked away without apology.

I don’t visit this location unless I have something to return. This location is small, so there is not much product in store. I’ve been to Sephora many times and never seen an employee or beauty advisor like her. I don’t know her name.She was at the entrance. She barely greeted customers and was constantly chewing gum. She didn’t have any facial expressions. She was like an AI lol. I even asked her a question and she wasn’t that helpful. I personally felt unpleasant seeing her chewing gum as soon as I walk into the store. Three stars for being close to my house.

I was disappointed here, at this brand. I was looking for makeup/foundation and I ask one lady for help. She was really nice to me and she told me, she is not able to help me and she find an adviser for me. The second lady found a nice foundation for me, but then she told me, they don't have it in stock, unfortunately. And nothing...I asked her if she can offer me a different product because I want to buy some... She apologized to me and told me, her shift is ending and that she find a different adviser for me. After a few minutes came to me the first lady I asked for help. She asked me: How I can help you?"... The branch wasn't so busy at that time and I felt like the ladies already want to be at home instead of at work. I kind of understand

Very rude, unhelpful staff. I was asking for help picking a concealer shade. Approached staff, she yanked at me, that she JUST helped another person, and someone will be with me shortly, I have waited for 10 minutes, approached other staff, as they saw me walking towards them, they just quickly walked away. I was leaving and saw staff vaping outside. There is A LOT of staff inside, and everyone is just standing, ignoring customers. And this happens every time. Today was the last time I went to this location. The only positive experience I had was with a woman from Laura Mercier corner. And I am not going to send an e-mail for some sort of investigation, there is no need, staff at this location is LAZY and MEAN and they need to be reminded that they get PAID to do the job.

This location seems surprisingly unorganized. Went in for a highly rated item and the whole process took half an hour. Stock was not refilled and the backup drawer was such a mess that it took three people to look for the product. Staff at the till tended to stall customers by offering sketchy deals (spend $10 more for 500pts to earn a $10 voucher for next purchase? Let me sleep on that). Would recommend purchasing online to avoid losing your day for no reason.
