If you are looking for a fence these are the guys to call. Alex gave us a quote that was timely and accurate. Very professional to deal with. Duane made sure the plan for install was on time and ran smooth as silk. The whole install crew was amazing and did a great job. Brian was extremely quick and detailed throughout the whole process. From start to finish Citadel fence was first class and made everything extremely easy. Highly recommend! You wont be disappointed!!

Excellent customer service. Quote was done relatively fast considering I went with a custom/non-stocked vinyl product. They were good with communication of anticipated installation (Spring 2023). The weather was warmer than anticipated and they installed my fence this year ahead of schedule.On-site crew was fabulous to deal with. Darin looked after all my questions and concerns regarding the installation. There was a brief concern the wrong colour fence was shipped and the GM showed up at my house within the hour and sorted the issue out very quickly. GM’s usually aren’t boots on the ground, but Brian wanted to make sure I was happy with the product.Finished product looks great and seems very durable. I am very happy I went with the vinyl. Citadels quote was also 33% cheaper than their local competitor for a similar product, same dimensions and same installation method and similar warranty. They also included keyed gates with self-closing hinges. If you’re in the market for a fence, be sure to give them a call.

I had 6 ft chain link fence installed and the quality of the work was exceptional. Chris and his crew were punctual, friendly and you could tell they took pride in their work. Highly recommend this company. Thank you guys, the dogs are very happy, as are we!

Lucas and his team ( Dean, Devin & Ryan) installed a chain link fence around my 1/2 acre property. It was a big 3 day job and the weather wasn’t great. They all worked very hard and did a wonderful job! I am very pleased! They were conscientious, professional, and hardworking. I’m sooo glad I chose Citadel to take on this project. Everyone from before the fence install to the actual install were great. Duane and Jeremy prior to me getting my fence, working with me to make sure what I got was what I needed to Katie and her crew being here installing were phenomenal.I highly recommend this team and company. Duane, A Citadel employee responded to my phone call immediately. He was on PEI and came over to assess my needs and provided a reasonable estimate quickly. This was in July and not surprisingly there was a wait time which was complicated by Hurricane Fiona.A crew, supervised by Marlon arrived at our home this past Monday. They quickly surveyed the area, asked questions about preferences, confirmed the style of the fence and location of the gate, etc. By the end of the day on Tuesday the project was complete. The crew was meticulous in their clean-up.We are very satisfied with the work. The fence is stylish and solidly built. We highly recommend Citadel Fence.

From estimate/ quote visit, to scheduling/communication, to installation was fantastic. Everyone was great. The install crew were friendly and approachable. They worked hard and got the job done in a day. The fence was for my pupper and it turned out wonderful. The crew also took the time to ensure my dog could not get out any where and ended the day giving out some belly rubs which my dog loved. Thank you.

Everything about our fence experience was top notch! We were adding a fence section and moving another outside a hedge. We received a couple of estimates for a large perimeter fence in the fall of 2022 and ultimately decided to go with Citadel.Alex came to the house for the estimate, Katie and her crew completed the work and Duane was our contact at the office.
