Come here almost every Saturday. Always greeted with a friendly smile from all the servers. I usually sit upstairs and served by Akele. He is very friendly and attentive and remembers his customers. I'll definitely keep.comimg back just for him!

Nice food with a British menu. Offers plenty of seating indoor and out with TVs for sports and entertainment. Food is cooked well and tastes great. Really nice portions. I hope to pop back in when I’m next in town over the next few weeks

Such a great place to eat and drink, the music selection was delightful and at volume that allows you to enjoy conversations. The service was very friendly, I appreciated the small talk and greetings. We had some nachos and they were good, a bit spicy for my taste but good nevertheless. Overall, totally recommended place.

The food used to be good, when it was Bert and ernies. But, I ate some wings and they were terrible. They were frozen, rubbery and small. Won't be back for food. It's a big place which is nice. Friendly.

Great ambiance and great staff! Especially Nicholas! The food is a hit or a miss, but there are a lot of options! And very accommodating!There are a few other staff members, that were great too but I forgot their names, and they were Super friendly! And we noticed that there are a lot of regulars (as we have become Regulars as well!)**To The Swan Owner: Thank you for the response! Also, I do have some feedback on some of the food. Unfortunately, the sauce that you serve with the Pretzels is not very good. Maybe there should be other options to choose from? Perhaps, just a cheese sauce without whatever spice is currently used, it is not very appetizing. We opted for the horseradish mayo, and that works nicely! I'm sure a creamy Honey or Dijon Mustard may work as well. Also, the portion size of the BangBang shrimp is too small, it tastes good, but the portion doesn't match the price!

I don't think The Swan was bad. It was quite decent. However I believe their fish and chips was over fries.The wait staff was good with drink refills but nonexistent for table clearing.Menu provided by QR code.I would try the food again but its not at the top of my list.

Food overall was good, lots of great options. The sign inside said to seat yourself, it took a while to get greeted, at least 10 or 15 minutes. At the time, the restaurant didn’t seem very busy. Starters took a long time, as did the mains. Service seemed spotty. I usually don’t get impatient at restaurants, but I found myself to be slowly getting to that point. It was alright.

Good food at cheap prices! I was hoping for a British pub experience and it didn’t disappoint. I almost felt like I was back in the UK during my college days.I had the Charleston burger which was delicious although the patty was on the smaller side. They give a lot of fries which is tasty too. All in all it’s a nice place to visit for some cheap pub grub with the ambiance to match.

Attended a Deaf event on Dec 2nd and the whole staff were very patient and accommodating. They took their time to understand what we would like to eat and even stayed as long as it would take. The menu has a good selection of foods to choose from.

I had the pleasure of dining here and it was an absolutely fantastic experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a charming atmosphere. Food was excellent 10/10!!
