Climatisation & Refrig Vigi

Satisfait de ma thermopompe acheté il y a près de 15 ans. Excellent service aussi, pour un appel de service il y a 5 ans.Mais pour un autre appel de service, fait au début du mois d'août, on m'a dit qu'ils étaient très occupé et qu'il y avait un délai de de quelques jours, voir quelques semaines. Je leur ai dit que c'était ok. J'ai relancé à 4 autres reprises, jusqu'à la fin octobre et à chaque fois il y avait une bonne excuse (on m'avait oublié, ils étaient en vacances.. . Je me suis tourner vers un concurrent début novembre, il faisait trop froid pour vérifier adéquatement la climatisation.C'est certain qu'avoir su, j'aurais appelé quelqu'un d'autre bien avant, je croyais que j'étais sur une liste d'attente, mais ce n'était pas le cas.

Super service! Ils ont trouvé rapidement la raison pour laquelle mon air climatisé ne fonctionnait pas et l'ont réparé tout de suite. Je recommande grandement cette compagnie.

Après avoir eu une terrible expérience avec une autre compagnie de climatisation pour un problème de notre système Carrier nous avons eu la chance de rencontrera Vigi.De loins un de plus compétents professionnels que j’ai connu. Il n’a non seulement trouvé le problème à la première visite, mais a décelé des enjeux qu’il y avait avec le système depuis son installation il y a 10ans! Tout a été réparé et nous avons eu plein de conseils très utiles.

Malheureusement je ne réfère pas cette compagnie , très mauvais service et aussi irrespectueux envers son client, un technicien est venu pour voir le problème de mon air climatisé, sa lui a prit 1h30 pour me dire que ça prenait un nettoyage et mon chargé presque que 350.00 et devait me rappeler le lendemain pour me donner un rendez-vous ! Aucun appel a été fait . Plus jamais je ferai affaire avec cette compagnie où il y a aucune considération pour leurs clients ! L’appareil est parfait mais service après vente pourrie! je pourrais raconter toute l,histoire , me donner un rendez-vous dans la journée et ne pas venir et un appel a 9h le soir pour me dire qu'il a été trop occupé , j'ai perdu ma journée de travail et cette compagnie ou le propriétaire a osé me charger un appel de service pour le lendemain ou je n'était même pas au courant de leur présence ! alors voilà l'histoire ... je vais m'arrêter ici !

Absolument rien à dire sur cette compagnie! Prise en charge complète pour l’installation d’un nouveau système de fournaise, d’échangeur d’air et de thermopompe dans notre projet de rénovation!Équipements de très bonnes qualités mais surtout, services très compétents et diligents!!À recommander sans hésiter!

Excellent service du technicien, rapide et efficace mais celui qui s'occupe de la facturation manque de sérieux ! Il voulait nous facturer les frais de 30 minutes de voyagement sans que l'on soit avisé d'avance ( sachant qu'on habite à 1km de l'entreprise) et suite à ce malentendu il nous a dit qu'il va nous supprimer de sa liste de clients et qu'il nous refusera daurénavant tout autre service!

4 years ago, I called upon an old friend that specializes in HVAC systems but he is now in the US so he recommended VIGI with the highest regards. My first problem was with my old system, and the blower broke just when it was -22C that morning. I called Gilles and he was at my house in hours, found the problem (broken part) and found a used blower, got the system working in less than 24 hours. The following year, other parts of the system died and it was time for a change. I did a lot of shopping around (other than VIGI) and although the proposed system was the most expensive one among the 4 estimates I got (all different manufacturers), and since we were planning to stay for another 20 years +, we opted for the Carrier XFINITY system, it was worth the investment. Included was a new furnace, heater, AC, external heat pump and air exchanger. I kept my steamer humidifier because it was relatively new and compatible with the new Carrier system. The installation took one day, and another for adjustments, overall,,, MUCH BETTER system. complete flexibility of settings, MUCH quieter, and much more comfortable around the house. (3 stories) not to mention, our Electricity bill dropped by $1000 after the first year of operation, and costs are stable to the new low after 3 years. (even after installing an electric snow melting system 2 years ago) My recent dealings with Gilles was for a 3 year maintenance, roughly about $210 (cdn), Overall, I highly recommend Climatisation VIGI, what some might interpret as arrogance, is not so, it's more the extended experience and knowledge. This guy knows his stuff.

I had my system not working and it is in the attic, it is very hot there and all other compamies refused to come in.they promised to verify the weather and if at night it will be cool enough they will call to come the next day.I assumed it is a polit eway to appologise but in reality they were very serious 2 days later they called and came the next day at 7:15 in the morning.checked everything, found the kleak repaired it and everthing was done with efficiency and the bill was very comprehensive.excellent service, the technician who cam had a big smile all along and was very courteous and polite.I am keeping their contact and I will recommend tjhem to all my friends.

Service was excellent. Unlike other companies who jumped to conclusions, Vigi Climatisation fixed my problem instead of trying to sell me a whole new system.
