Postal service side is OK. Service is generally fairly slow and staff always seem as though they would rather be somewhere else, but they get the job done, so 3 stars.

Service is great! I use Flex Delivery to ship all of my packages here instead of the postal outlet that is actually closer to my home. I get 1-2 packages per week here. The friendly and helful staff are wonderful.

So Firstly I was supposed to receive a parcel at home from Canada Post. I stood at home waiting for it, and left a note outside my door I'm at home please knock and don't leave the notice" and when I refreshed the tracking website it said Notice left. When I went outside I checked everywhere there was no notice at the door. After chatting with customer support I got a notice number and address of this location. I called twice to check if they had my parcel

Horrible place of business. They are slow. They are rude and uncaring. They messed up my engraving twice. They couldn't copy my house key properly on three different occasions. Useless and pathetic. Avoid at all costs.

The worst customer service in Canada, The lady just said whatever not my problem. Unable to provide accurate information about pricing couldn't refund the extra money because she was unable to do so. 20 dollar difference between price from one day to another didn't have any answer for anything almost rude to everyone walked in. It would be nice if any body even take responsibility of that kind of behavior. Never felt that humiliated ever before.

I went in to get a bracelet engraved and was told it would be ready by Thursday. On Wednesday, one of the workers called me saying the bracelet had scratches, i thats ok once its cleaned you wont really see it. The worker said well we dont clean it here" i asked "nothing at all not even a little wipe?" She said "no we dont"
