Had a major flood when doing laundry. Khem and his partner showed up during the 2-hour window they had given, which was a mere 3 hours after I phoned for help. They quickly found the source of the problem and resolved it within an hour. Both men wore slip-on shoe covers to protect my floor and were very courteous. As a bonus, they charged me $100 less than I was quoted over the phone, which really never happens! I wouldn't hesitate to use Everest again, should the need arise.

They came on time fixed all of my issues - what's most impressive is that they had all spare tools, materials and parts in their van. They are very very polite. It was a very pleasant experience! Donald came within two hours of our call. He was professional and efficient. He used a snake and a camera to investigate our sewer line. He explained the problem and the limitations of what he could do. He cut as much of the roots that were blocking the line as he could, and showed us with the camera feed exactly where the issues are, and our options to address them. He advised us on bleach and water to clean up, and left the worksite tidy.He had boot covers to come indoors. We are in a pandemic now. He wore a mask and observed social distance.Very pleased with the work that was done. Would recommend.
