Extremely rude service from cashier and staff. A few weeks ago they burnt my burger, which was witnessed my my friend and they insisted that the burger was not burnt, when it was so noticeably burnt. I wish I had taken a picture then.Today the cashier misheard my order, and gave me attitude when I said that I did not order that and i ordered something else. Terrible customer service and I am not one to complain. Even if I made an error, which I did not, there was a polite and tactful way to deal with it instead of being rude and full of attitude. I've been in customer service and never have I had such terrible attitude. These staff members really need to adjust their attitudes and learn some tact.

Fed 4 people with lots of extras left over for $70. Was it the best fried chicken? Nope, but it was tasty enough.Definitely suggest trying their sauces with the chicken. The blackened ranch (as suggested by a great employee) and the buttermilk sauces are worth trying as the chicken itself is a little bland.Service at this particular Popeye's was friendly and courteous. I'd recommend this one based on the little, simple, pleasant interaction I had there with the staff at the front. Great customer service!

Food is always good. Ordered for pick-up, when I arrived, my order was sold to someone else; claiming that “ its gonna get soggy”! If I’m late on picking-up my order, it means “I DON’T care if my order gets soggy” rather than waiting as if I haven’t ordered ahead of time… On top of that, one item was missing… So disappointed…

This branch doesn't know how to cook. Chicken way too oily and tastes burnt and bitter.

I ordered 6 biscuits and 12 pieces of mixed white and dark meat chicken.PROS: The food tasted fresh and there was a nice variety of chicken pieces, including 4 chicken wings.CONS: I waited an hour and a half for the food to arrive, which was much longer than they quoted. Also, the price was very high for the amount of chicken that I got.

Probably an ordinary Popeyes except for the fact that the first glass door was shattered, allowing me to enter the restaurant relatively easily. The Deluxe Chicken sandwich tasted descent, with its spicy sauce and crunchy chicken, it is a combination that worked with their buns.Although there was a homeless-like person who seemed to occupy one of the tables, it was a quiet Popeyes restaurant.

I bought three chicken butts for $11. I made it clear to the clerk that I wanted three chicken legs, and she gave me three chicken butts.

I tried Popeyes' fried chicken and suffered from severe gastrointestinal discomfort afterwards. I was very disappointed because I am a long-time Popeyes customer, but this experience makes me concerned about the food quality and hygiene.I ate inside the store and ordered fried chicken and chicken wings. The fried chicken looked fresh, but it tasted and felt weird, very greasy. Soon after, I felt discomfort in my stomach and began to experience diarrhea. I have ruled out the possibility of other foods and drinks, so I believe that this discomfort was caused by Popeyes' food.I hope that Popeyes take measures to ensure their food quality and hygiene standards. I don't want others to experience similar situations like mine.
