Chipotle Mexican Grill
Many people complain about Chipotle but don’t use their voice to ask for “more of this” or “can I have a redo?”. As an avid restauranteur and experienced with this sort of issue, can’t expect things to be perfect all the time, and this is coming from somebody who has received wrong Chipotle orders several times. Based on the other reviews, I can also realize people focus entirely on the negatives which is not necessarily why there’s a review system in place, but instead should seek customer service/head office assistance.Let’s talk about the food quality, portion sizing, and other details of this location. I was received by a line of very busy yet friendly and welcoming staff, who upon request, made sure to get me a fresh batch of smoked brisket (quite courteous of them). Nobody skimped out on the sizing of my bowl, as I got quite a generous portion, and the food tasted as good as Chipotle has ever tasted.

I recommend that this location is to revise the lighting store front, and food preparation area in front of customers. It did not project the message, “I am ready to take your orders, we are excited that you chose us for your meal”. Staff should engage customers who might be their first visit , and needing some interactions and explanations of how to choose Meats, and rest of the choices. lighting is passive, so is the staff. Judging the rest of reviews, this location did not get the proper support from the brand office.

I love Chipotle, but this specific location is a disaster. The staff is slow, unwelcoming, and the line is enormous. I found a hair in my taco and reached out to the cashier with this problem. She was extremely rude, didn’t apologize for the inconvenience, and almost threw redone dish at me. What the hell is going on here?

How unfortunate,worst day of the year so far, how could you make the same mistake and send me this without the other ingredients? Now DoorDash cannot refund me fully because you’ve Re delivered this stupid bowl. Wheres my mf rice and other ingredients. Like bro how can you make the same mistake! Go take a vacation.

********* Warning for the vegetation********Worst experience and service ever in Country.I ordered veggie chipotle bowl and Found meat in it. as I don’t consume meat because of my religion and when I explain this to manager that he told me that sorry and from the next time just asked that you have religious issue with the meat so that we can take care of it. That was soo rude and feels like they don’t care about their mistake or what they have done. They take it very lightly

Food is mid as usual, but more importantly, the customer service is atrocious, these guys are always in a rush and they repeat the toppings in such a fast pace that it's hard to understand, maybe put stickers on the glass so we can look at the toppings ourselves instead of being rushed by incompetent workers.

I come here more than I would like to admit. This location is always busy doesn’t matter when you come you will always find at least 3 people waiting in line, but service is pretty fast. The quality and quantity of food is great. Always clean restaurant for dine in.

If I could give a zero star then I would. I found a black wasp in my burrito bowl, I was disgusted when I saw it. When I notified management they couldn’t care less and continued to serve their contaminated lettuce to their customers. Do not go here... I will never eat at this fast food chain again.

Very small portion size! I paid around $14 for this...I asked for more (politely) and they gave me tiny scoops of extra". The staff here try to rush you through the line. Please do yourself a favor and go to a different location"
