Awesome organization. As an employee I received a lot of support and encouragement.The staff genuinely care about the people they serve.

I was hired to drive clients and children for visiting suites ...I truly loved my job ..BUT...the turnover in drivers is a constant as i did filing while working there and seen at least 15 different driver names..i was brought into the office in regards to a complaint from a client stating that i was allowing gossip to take place and was accused of taking part in the gossip...i explained myself and told them that i take my character very serious and was not part of that ..and that from that day forward i would let the clients know that any lateral violence" will no longer be tolerated and that I would have to report it to the directors natasha and melissa ..i told the directors i would do this and they were in agreement...the night i told the clients this ..two clients jumped out of the van and decided to walk...i then called my director and told her and her words were let them walk and gossip...melissa words..well i was quite upset that evening because i had already been in trouble for accusations and truly needed my job and greatly enjoyed it...i was told to go into the main office to see michelle melissa and natasha and that day i was fired because 2 clients said they felt "unsafe" in the van...this is a month before Christmas and i was only a month into my job...during my time there i went to work an hour early to ensure the vehicle was fuelled and i had all pick ups and drop offs written out I also made sure the weekly board was done along with starting a filing system...I also took time out to remove graffiti on the van and donated dishes for the visiting suites and helped clean...what more do they expect from an employee???? I put 120% into my job ...I never denied rides by saying I was too busy and always tried to fit in last minute rides into an already booked schedule...I really dont understand why I deserved to be fired but from what I gather from viewing past transport records they do not want drivers to stay past the 6 month probation period and to be honest unless you are related to the higher ups your job will always be on the line....I expected better from this company and feel I was wrongly fired....I currently am filing to the labour board on this and letting the ministry know how things go down at cumfi ...I do not feel I deserved to lose my job and so far labour board says the same ...I urge those that feel they were wrongly dismissed to write to the ministry along with the labour board because this wrongful treatment has to stop....merry Christmas natasha and melissa hope your families have everything they want this Christmas as those of us who are wrongly dismissed will have quite to poor holidays ...hope you sleep well...not to mention one of the directors is dating the presidents son...how convenient...."

Rude person who answers the phone, I know of multiple people who said the person was rude and hung up on them.

Beautiful people and organization

I’m giving my review for the cunfi property maintenance company that is located at this building. Because I’m always seeing them out doing lawn care in Saskatoon. So my name is warren I used to live in a village on 33rd street west back in 20007 and they had cub cadet ariens stihl equipment and had trucks with trailers from the past years that I lived there and another thing is that the mowing crews were always nice a didn’t mind me around. At the time it was bobby s birches lawn care but now I think they are a new company called Bobby’s property maintenance. And I will like to give a message to the owner of this company. If you guys are reading this I really miss you guys I had great times talking to you guys from the past years that I lived in that village and I’m glad that you guys are still in business and I will also like to say a big hi to your mowing crews and to the owner as well this is warren that used to live in dondonld village in Saskatoon
