Flaman Fitness Abbotsford

My husband and I have been looking at inflatable SUP for a while now, but were hesitant about them, until I met Josh from the Abbotsford store at the trade show this past weekend. There were models on display so we could see the difference in quality and he knew his stuff. Since I am from out of town, they were really accommodating and shipped the boards to our home! I would highly recommend visiting Josh at Flaman Fitness. So happy with my purchase.

AMAZING customer service!I’ve been to many fitness equipment retailers and this is by far the best experience I’ve had. Super helpful in helping order a leg press/hack squat, helping with delivery and set up.Great selection of dumbbells, bumper plates and bars! Came in just to look for some workout equipment and get ideas for what's available at this location and what I would need to reach my fitness related goals.I think the guy working the store was Josh and he was working alone but he did an amazing job helping not only me but a couple other guys that had come in the store an needed his help. He did an amazing job answering my questions and also suggesting different equipment that may better suit my needs than what I originally had in mind.You could tell he has a passion for the equipment and his job, he definitely left a lasting impression on me and I will definitely be back to Flaman abbotsford soon to pick up everything I need..... including an awesome inflatable SUP that he recommended!

We have made several purchases from this location over the last two years. Each and every time the customer service has been excellent. The staff are very knowledgeable and always take the time to answer any questions we may have. We also appreciate their feedback on when it is worth it to pay extra for something worth the extra money. There have been times they have told us that spending money on a more expensive piece of equipment was not worth it. We really appreciate their honesty. We have always been given the best price available on every item we have purchased. We shop everywhere online and make many calls getting prices and the staff have always given us a better price. With their outstanding customer service and excellent prices we highly recommend this location. Big thanks goes out to Hayden and Josh for their excellent customer service. They both excel at their jobs. We would also like to thank Rafal for his outstanding service. Over the last two years he has serviced and repaired some of our older equipment. He is very knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to find replacement parts for some of our outdated equipment. He is very fast and efficient and has a vast knowledge to repair many different pieces of equipment. We have always appreciated his honesty in telling us when something is worth fixing or simply needs to be replaced. We thank all of you for your excellent customer service. Purchased a squat rack from Flaman fitness in Abby along with all the gear that goes along with that. Josh was super helpful and informative when choosing which unit we were going to buy. They had really good selection as well. In the end, we got exactly what we wanted at a great price. Really happy with our experience at this location.

Purchased a full all in one Smith machine by Inspire from this location and the sales rep that helped me was Hayden. I was extremely impressed by his customer service and communication regarding stock. We needed to order a replacement cable, it was a simple email to him and he shipped it directly to our house within a few days at no extra cost to us.I highly recommend this store and dealing with Hayden!!

Very knowledgeable staff. Chatted online and then drove to my local store knowing exactly what I wanted. 2nd board I have purchased from them. Great experience amazing prices. Highly recommend them.
