I purchased a Rodeo Drive rug. The colours shown on the website were true to the actual colours of the rug. The rug was delivered 10 days after ordering. The was clear communication regarding the receiving the order and then shipping information. I am happy with my purchase and would order from Rugs District again.

Great customer support! Prices are reasonable. I ordered 3 Sureya rugs; they were delivered as specified (2 weeks, 10 business days) after placing the order. One rug had some flaws and I contacted the company; they replied immediately providing a replacement.

First off, I love this rug .. the colours and the texture of the rug turned out to be exactly what I was hoping for - a very neutral-looking moss green and ivory background with a few tiny pale blue accents. Love the look!Ordered two rugs, separately since the return policy is only for an ‘in-store credit’ so I wanted to make sure I liked the smaller one before ordering the larger one. Well the first one arrived within a week and I did like it so I ordered another. Very happy with both rugs, their price and speedy shipment but would hesitate to order in future ONLY because of restrictive return policy.

I ordered the Contours Autumn Bliss 5x7 size rug, and I am over the moon excited and very very pleased with it. very good quality. There are mild grooves where the squares are that the pictures dont show and is still a winner to me. I almost wished I had ordered the larger size and am considering a hallway size. United Weaver is very good quality. You can't go wrong. Color is close to what picture shows. maybe slightly lighter.
