Walmart Supercentre

It was full of Wally World people doing Wally World things. I basically got in as quick as I could so I could avoid all the wonderful people that this store seems to attract like flies to s$#t. Some guy yelled at my kid to get out of his way when he was on a mobility rascal. Another guy was followed around by security for obvious reasons (sticky fingers). I kept my kids close because he looked like he wanted to stab someone. Others just stood in the isles not sure what they were doing or why they were there. I managed to get some mediocer produce and meat to make some Tacos wish I went somewhere else, but they are kind of a one stop shopping store so we took a risk and went in. Glad we got out unscathed.

Pretty good customer service, good selection of anything I needed for good prices. Pretty fun place to go too.

This place has gotten increasingly worse over the past year in terms of service and prices. Despite having five to six staff hanging around doing sweet f all at the self service areas they cannot seem to keep their shelf price tags up to date. I cannot keep track of the amount of times I decide to purchase something based on advertised price only to get the till and it ring through at a more expensive price. Oh and if you question the price they treat you like you are trying to scam them. You wait a certain period of time for them to go and check the price (they are in no rush) ..then you give up and leave.

Typical Walmart experience! Workers are much friendly in Penticton than the usual Kelowna store I go to.

The video of your loss prevention loser is priceless. Follow paying customers to there car harassing them. Great customers service. Bring on them robots!

If I could give it no stars I would. I had ready heavy cat food and some delicate eggs and such... so I bring the rolling basket to my car to put them in my trunk. Some employee finds me in the parking lot to harass me about the basket which I was going to put back but never had a chance to. Don't take away people's ability to bring their HARDearned goods to their vehicles. I'm not a crank head nor do I look like one.

Need to hire new loss prevention team they cannot try to take back an item that was priced wrong it’s YOUR guys fault and should have not humiliated that customer and I hope you guys hire new loss prevention guy with beard and brown hair and glasses should be fired

Looked online for sharpie markers online the price was $24.98 for one pack, and $19.94. I go to the Walmart to get them. They are listed for $31.97 in store. They wouldn't match the price of their website. Told me to just order them online. So I ordered them online for pickup. So I bought the items saving money, plus THEY had to go pick up the items and had a staff member have to bring them out instead of just honoring the price on the website. ( and it was not a buy it online" pricing. Absolutely ridiculous."

I was in the washroom when 3 people of the staff didn’t wash their hands after using the toilet DISGUSTING

Been shopping this place since moving to Penticton in 2006. Just last week, an e.i. worker approached me in electronics dept, saying I am banned for a year. I asked why, as I did not do anything. He said I know what I did. I don't. I never stole from this place as I always have cash or my debit card to pay for items. I did have to leave my cart a couple weeks ago, to get an item from my place for neighbor's parents when he was in hospital. I came back & finished my shopping. The only thing I took was my personal cart I left by the handicap scooters. Wasn't leaving there when I wasn't there. I am totally p!$$ed off about this 'banned' bull. I rely on this place for 95% of my shopping needs. I want to see their evidence as to why I have been banned for a year for no reason.
