We interviewed 7 realtors to sell our home, we wanted to ensure that we picked the realtor right for us. What we loved about Anita and Will was how relatable they both were. They made us feel as if we were talking to our friends. They were very honest and upfront about expectations so that left us feeling like they didn't over promise just to get our business.Through the next 6 months Anita and Will followed up with us a least a couple times a month and were there to answer any questions we had along the way. I find myself to be a very anxious person and Anita always responded so quickly and knew the up to date situation with the market. We had so many people giving us different advice about how to sell our house that once we firmly decided to proceed with Anita and Will we fully let them take control and I am SO glad we did. They had a plan and it paid off in the end for us.One thing I felt Anita and Will didn't talk enough about when we first met is how hands on they are. On photo day Anita and Will were running around our house making sure nothing was missed, to pulling a weed, trimming a bush or cleaning a streak in the window they didn't miss a beat. They hire an amazing photographer and they never miss a call. They were always available !We went away for the week (our choice) and they handled everything and kept us up to date. Once the day of offers came we were overwhelmed with emotions to see the result.One misconception I had was, in the market we are in (a strong one) anyone can sell a house. I quickly learned that in real estate you get what you pay for. I truly believe that had the result that we did because how Anita and Will run their business. Finding the right realtor if you don’t know where to start is like finding a needle in a haystack. There’s hundreds and hundreds to choose from in London, which makes it very difficult to find the right ones with work with. When we sat down with Anita and Will they were very professional, knowledgeable, and prepared to show us why they were the right choice. It didn’t hurt that they’re extremely personable either. They were the full package! We met with two other realtors, and it was an easy decision that Anita and Will were the ones to help us through the process. There’s so many variables out of your control when it comes to selling a house, but everything that we could control Anita and Will gave 100% and then some! The media and marketing they provide is amazing, and came up with a great plan on how and when to list. When offer day finally came and they presented to us, we were over the moon with the result! Even if it hadn’t been as good as it was, I said to them before the offers that regardless of the result they did everything, and I mean everything, they could to sell our house.
