Went for the Canada day celebrations here. It was too crowded. Queues for food stalls and rides are so long you don't have time to do more than a couple. All the surrounding roads get blocked after the fireworks you end up spending more time getting out of traffic than the time you actually spend enjoying the event.

A large outdoor space perfect for outdoor events especially for carnivals and similar kind of gatherings. Ample parking and lot of places to walk around. Canada day here is one of a kind. With the activities, rides and food they offer this place flows with people. Close to bus stop and very easily accessible by public transit.

Not enough to do with that many people it was kind of a waste of money because the rides were expensive too long to even go on so I spent $50 on tickets and only got 1 ride And all of the games were money so it was a scam. And most of the rides said that you're not allowed only 1 person so it was kind of a bust unfortunately and the food was really expensive and it wasn't very much + tested actually awful The only thing good was the Japanese hot dogs. Music was garbage and the fireworks where okay.

Fireworks were disappointing. Only ten minutes and best average quality. Band before that was no good, terrible singing. Way too crowded leaving too and not enough guidance. A stampede could have happened on Canada day. Don’t go next year people it’s not worth it.

Open space with greenery, excellent for very large gatherings or events, like the annual Surrey Canada day on July 1, which is one of the largest events in Western Canada. Excellently organized by the City, thoroughly planned, has everything from water cooled mist fans, drinking water, waste recycling team, security, etc. during major events.

Great place when there are big event like Canada Day. I appreciate that the City of Surrey is willing to create and plan events for the community! This place is very big when there are event and lots of space and seating areas if you come a little early (before 4pm). In addition, there are a decent amount of parking if you come early enough but there are also some street parking around the area too.
