Mark Harlow gets the job done right. He is responsive, very professional, trustworthy, competent, hardworking, efficient and detail-oriented. I’ve used his services on multiple occasions to look after our entire exterior and interior windows as well as pressure wash our exterior siding — and will continue to hire him as a service provider of choice. Also - very pleasant to deal with.

We used Harlow Window Cleaning a few years ago and the service was great. So we booked him again in 2021 but this time, he didn’t show up for his appointment. We rebooked and he didn’t show again the second time. I called him and he said he had Covid symptoms. Fair enough. We went with another company. I thought I’d try Mark one more time this year. We booked an appointment and guess what? Another NO SHOW. Don’t waste your time.
