I asked for the service, they told me that someone would be at my door at 7:30pm, I waited and when it was 8:00pm and no one showed up I called 4 times and I just kept on hold and they disconnected the call. When it was 8:30pm I called another company, they sent someone in 5 mins and solved my problem much faster.

Ignore the fake reviews (hint: the reviewer only has 1-4 reviews under their name)They will spin you around multiple times on hold before their technician even contacts you. Then it’s gonna take another hour before they get to you. They won’t show any of their costs upfront and then after you’re frustrated and tired, they will surprise you with a made up cost.
