Jim and his team provide the best customer service and exceptional expertise. Everyone I interact with is friendly, knowledgeable, and patient, willing to explain suggested service, and help me understand possible alternatives based on my budget and timeline. I trust them. I do not ever worry about having unnecessary repairs pushed on me. The team help me make short and long term decisions about my cars (including when it's time to start looking for my next vehicle).

I have used Columbia Auto Service many times in the past 20 or more years. They have completed the usual oil changes, vehicle inspections. brake/rotor replacements, repaired the exterior dents and dings etc. Their technicians / front desk assistants are always pleasant. To date I have no complaints about the work they have completed, in fact, I have recommended them on several occasions and would continue to do so.
