Just wanted to say that I am a big fan of this brand however, today I made an special effort to visit your location to pick up a couple of last minute gifts for a family birthday. Sadly, I was in shock with the customer service which I experienced. Lack of support, direction, and down right rude staff. I made a strong effort to come to your location to spend my hard earned money and what I received was outright rudeness. No greeting, no thanks and worst of all ignorance when it came to my payment. I have been in the retail sector for many years and I’m sad to say your representatives are a embarrassment to our retail sector. Hope you get your training in line before your business closes… 1 star is overrated!

Shopping swimsuit with my sister today around 5pm and this blonde-haired Persian-speaking woman was very unfriendly, kept looking at us and repeatedly asking us if we wanted a swimsuit, her behavior was making us feel very uncomfortable, even though we said we didn’t want help, she kept staring at us like we were going to steal stuff, at the end we are about to purchase, but didn't catch what she said at checkout and she just started yelling at us.It was a very upsetting experience, we immediately decided not to buy it.If you like to get a bad attitude from the staff, welcome to this store.

I went shopping here to find a strapless bra. I was helped by Donya right away and she showed me my options and showed me features and benefits of each of the bras. That in itself was amazing service - and totally helpful in making a decision in which one to try on. During that time I started to feel incredibly dizzy and out of sorts and Donya was so empathetic and helpful in making me feel better. She pointed to where I could sit and found me some water.Of course I purchased the bra but the best part of my visit to Lá Vie En Rose today was Donya’s amazing service and care. Thank you so so so much.

I normally don’t shop from la Vie en Rose but yesterday I went to this store with my mom and I had this great experience with employees. Donya help my mom to pick the best satin pyjama and then she took her time to help me find my perfect bra. I am a picky person but she was so welcoming and patient with me. I want to thank all employees over there for creating such a welcoming environment.

i have had a couple bad experiences in stores but never bad enough to the point where i felt a review was necessary. i had gone into lav vie en rose to purchase some new underwear and a bar, first thing i noticed having previously worked in retail myself i was greeted by no body my first ten minutes in the store. it had been a while since i had purchased a new bra so i wanted to know my size, unfortunately i was unable to get the help i needed because i wasn’t able to grab an employee who wasn’t having a conversation with any other worker in a different language. i left the store feeling embarrassed from the stares i received from the workers. i wasn’t able to get the simple help i needed and will not be returning. i highly recommend victoria secret if you want proper and friendly customer service. this is clearly a reoccurring problem based off past reviews. get. new. management.

The staff here are friendly and committed to great service. I enjoyed my shopping experience at this store as they helped me from start to finish and made sure I was taken care of. Thank you

I don’t post a lot of reviews but the staff here was incredibly rude. I returned an item while also purchasing a new item and the proceeded to trash talk me and laugh. Another girl went to return something as well and same thing. So i blatantly said that it’s rude to speak about others in a foreign language, especially while in a place or business.Absolutely rude and I do not recommend this place what do ever! Looks like they have many other similar reviews too.

So like this one better than the other bra and underwear places. Like la senza is really good too, but the quality of La vie just seems better to me. I kinda wish they had a better selection of underwear though.

It’s a wonderful shop! Their swimming suits are perfect and gorgeous, their people are friendly and helpful too. It was a nice shopping experience.
