Best butcher in the city. Amazing quality, great selection of marinated meats/sausage flavours/smoked cuts, awesome people, killer homemade sauces, stews, gravy, etc.... And of course, the ethically raised part is the reason I love them the most. You can 100% taste the difference.

The local and home grown ethos of the spot is great. They sell a lot of local and small batch food items from hot sauces to BBQ and a few sodas.Been meaning to try the fried chicken sandwich at this stop since last summer. Finally stopped by today while running errands in the area.Selling a fried chicken sandwich with Frank's as your main sauce felt off brand. The sandwich was ok and I liked it but nothing mind blowing.

Everyone will have their favourite butcher given the size of the city, but having made several trips here and living in Parkdale the 5 stars are for a few times. First the employees are epic, knowledgeable about their cuts of meat, preparation and generally enthusiastic about cooking. Second, while writing this review I’m enjoying yet ANOTHER delicious Black Angus strip that is absolutely delicious and I’m far from a renowned chef. If you’re in the West End and you haven’t been here yet, give them a try no matter what you’re cooking and see for yourself.

Beware chicken breast/thighs from here! Everything else, staff included, are lovely. Have 3-4 times been in full swing dinner mode to then unwrap chicken and discover it had soured, and the dinner is ruined. Not sure what special pleasure they have over there with selling chicken one day from spoiling but it seems to be a habit of theirs.

Good selection, high quality meats, beef especially. Staff are knowledgeable and service has been good whenever I shop there. Nice to have in the neighborhood.

I'd like to try a lot more of what they offer but from what I have tried I've been very happy with. Aside from their meats they also have side dishes that are great too! Making flank steak burritos again tonight with their flank steak and chimichurri marinade.

Tried to reach out to them multiple times.Found shreded up blue latex glove all throughout a sausage purchased here. Messaged on thier website and on Facebook leting them know. Month later still no response or refund.

I have been a loyal shopper here since the day they opened - great meats, great butchers - the manager especially and I love supporting my local shops. However, after my experience today I won't be going back. I was treated with condensation, hostility, aggression and rudeness by a very self-righteous cocky young man who should never had been hired for a customer-facing role. It's a lose lose I'm afraid. Happy to discuss this episode with the owner if you are inclined.

The marinated chicken here is super delicious and I just love how friendly the staff are here! I asked repeatedly about where the farms were located and how the chickens are raised and the staff patiently explained everything to me. They’ve won my business on roncy for sure!Not to mention they were super sweet to the children I was with, helped me open the door to get out and they let you bring your own Tupperware containers for meat!
