Mitsubishi Orleans has the best people! I purchased my new vehicle here and the experience was great! if ever you guys need a new car (new or used), i would recommend this branch. I have bad and good experiences with this car dealership. At first, the sales team are very accommodating and very helpful in terms of me getting information about what car I need. They help and message me whenever I’m looking for good specs of car.The bad side of these are the financial team. They are not good explaining what’s include and what’s not. They asked me to sign this and that and didn’t give me a chance to read the following document. As a first time buyer I trusted the flowery words they have told me, not knowing that they charge me with the charges that I don’t intend to accept at the first place. I initially told the financial manager that I don’t want the extended warranty but they still include it, they even added the oil change warranty. They misled words and confuse customer. I had a hard time communicating to them, back and forth. In the end they returned the oil change warranty but didn’t remove the extended warranty that I decline at the first place.Even though they ‘kinda fix the situation’ , I’m still disappointed with the service I got from them.At first, I thought I’m the only one who have experienced this kind of situation, but I guess I’m not the only one who have experienced this.For the first time buyers, please read the contract before signing, cuz you’ll never know what they will be adding. They really don’t care about their customers, all they want is to sell and get commission on it.

Had a great experience buying our new 2023 Outlander PHEV. Chantal and her team were absolutely stellar in helping us with the purchase. She walked us through all the bells and whistles and answered all of our questions! It was a no pressure car buying experience and I would highly recommend Orleans Mitsubishi!

Consider buying a New/ Used car at any other dealership. NOT HERE!I purchased a used Mazda 3 months ago. Right after getting the car I noticed that the console wasn't working properly, I called within two weeks and they booked me an appointment with Mazda so determine the issue. They determined the SD card was faulty ($500 replacement). As I purchased the extended warranty, and had just had the car for 2 weeks I was thinking it would be a breeze to get this problem solved. Instead, over two weeks I had to call back 5 times because each time someone said they would follow-up and never did. The manager told me that they would not replace the broken component of my car because it is not a safety issue". I asked about cancelling my warranty which I was lied to and told they couldn't do even though I spoke to both the warranty provider and my loan provider who both told me that the dealership needed to cancel the warranty on their end and easily can with a simple document. I would also highly suggest if you do end up purchasing a car through them that you carefully read the paperwork

I just purchased a 2018 Volkswagen from Orleans Mitsubishi. Their service was incredible. Very helpful and straightforward; they did not pressure me at all and were very flexible with what I was looking for and when I was able to visit. Braelyne was very kind and accommodating. It was easy to deal with everyone at this dealership and I recommend them completely for new or used car purchases if you are in the market.

No high pressure sales tactics on selling warranty and protection unlike other dealerships as I recently experienced at other dealerships. We bought a slightly used car from Orleans Mitsubishi as our second car and it is in mint condition.

Did orleans Mitsubishi (Tiffany and Khaled ) just made my day. I have been looking for an outlander trim which has a minimum wait of 8 months to an year everywhere in Ontario and not just they hooked me with one but also made the entire process so seamless although being remote. I live in toronto and was able to purchase this vehicle from orleans Ottawa. Hats off to Tiffany and Khaled I will recommend their service highly. This is one of the few dealers who is not charging markups or pushing deals to customer and making customer the priority. So yes they made my day and boy I am loving the car.
