Eagle Rock Towing and Storage Armstrong

My truck was left with the window open for the duration of its stay. Water damage to the control panel for the windows and mold on the carpet. I was told that it was not their problem. The people answering the phones are super rude and tell customers they don't have time for them. Quite confrontational and do not take care of your vehicle when towing. I also had the side mirror broken on my vehicle. The owner, Dale, said that it was not his problem and refused to adress the issue. I do not recommend this place at all. The yard is not completely fenced either as it is located in a trailer park. Pay the extra mileage and use someone different not their sister company in Vernon either.

I have a 2002 Mazda Protege that broke down about 4 blocks from my home so I called for a tow truck. Lloyd from Eagle Rock was very helpful and professional. It was a week before any mechanic could look at it and he offered to tow it to the shop in Vernon for no extra cost from the first tow. This is a very stand up move in my opinion. I would recommend Eagle Rock Towing.

Richard is the best of the best!He is truly a professional, he was able to deliver a vehicle that was in an accident with no front wheel into our garage.The garage is difficult to access because of our tight side street, it was tricky to say the least but he was able to fulfill our request with ease.He was awesome.He is very knowledgeable and was very pleasant to deal with.I highly recommend this gentleman for all your towing needs.

We called the fella from Eagle Rock Towing in the middle of the night and he was amazing! Our driver had broken his key off in the ignition and they were able to repair it and get our driver back on the road quickly. It’s not a normal service they offer but we really appreciated all of his help. They really saved the day (night)! 100% I’d recommend them any day of the week! Great service and the price was great as well!

If I'm in a situation that requires towing and these guys are the closest, I'll wait for someone else.

We used Eagle Rock to move a few seacans - best price I could find in town.Easy to book - showed up on time and found a better place to put the seacan (level ground).Will certainly use them again.

Blew out my tire on a very busy, narrow stretch of highway where I didn't feel comfortable changing it. The Eagle Rock tow truck showed up in about 15 minutes and in another few, they had my spare put on. The technician even followed me on the highway in case something else went wrong. I really appreciated the help and highly recommend!
