Very poor service. The dentist was extreamly rude and yelled at the assistants during session. Also, the assistants' seemed scared and too shook to be able to talk back. I'm not sure if I should be concerned but I definately dont need to associate myself to this dental place. This is a first and last time.

Orthodontist, wisdom teeth surgeon, dentist, he's an all in one deal. Total nerd about teeth and really friendly. I've been going to him since I was a child. Completely amazing service, they're like family to me now.

We been Dr. Hickman's clients for years from when our children were little he and his staff have been fantastic. Top quality dental service every time we have since moved into the city . I still make the drive to Caledon for the Hickman's dental clinic by far the best 5 star service at all levels.

Dr Hickman saw my son AFTER HOURS on a SUNDAY when he fell and hit his teeth in the bath. We were able to get an X-ray, a dental diagnosis, rx antibiotics (and dr Hickman spoke with the pharmacist regarding the prescription, again after hours around 8 pm on a Sunday evening) and we were contacted by his lovely staff first thing the following day. Dr Hickman is amazing! Our family can’t thank him enough for his time and care.

I took my mom to see Dr. Hickman for an emergency call. He is absolutely amazing in every aspect. Dr. Hickman was very accommodating in seeing us on a weekend. The cleanest and most professional clinic you will find and his knowledge and expertise is incredible. He will take his time explaining everything he does in simple yet detail terms. The visit was very calming and stress free. What sets Dr. Hickman apart from others is that he contacted us the day after (Sunday) just to check up on how my mom was doing. The best dentist I have ever gone to and will definitely be our choice going forward.

Today I saw what a dental visit should have been like for the first 26 years of my life. The front reception is so personable, and friendly, she instantly warms up a room. The office is sizeable with the latest and most advanced technologies, but the most important part, is the dedicated, engaged, passionate and knowledgeable dental professional running the show. If you want a dentist who really cares about your teeth, look no further.
