Absolute scam of a company. Rip you off, and charge your credit card without asking first. No customer support, and complete upcharge. I was charged $450 for a plumber report which has error and it was incomplete as well. Do NOT use this company. Anyone else except this company.The ladies in the office have so much attitude no apologies, no responsibility for the mistakes that are made. Finally Dustin called and apologies for everything. Sometimes it's the people you work with.

I was calling plumber to solve drainage problem in the underground parking full of water. Plumber arrived, was going back and forth for about 4 hours, did not remove water, did not solve problem, did not clean drainage (I have pictures and movies to prove this), and told me that he does know what to do, and he was very unprofessional.I told him and his manager that I am not going to pay until job will be done.Plumber left and never was seen again on the site.Garage at this time was still full of water.I sent complain to the BBB.Strata bought a pump and pump out 12 tons of water less than in three hours, what specialist from Clearly Plumbing did not do during four hours.I am computer programmer, if I will have contract to create program, and will not succeed, nobody will pay for just trying if program is not workable.

Main drain was plugged last night. I Called there Emergency line in a panic. All I can say is incredible service. They calmed me down and came out within the hour. Fixed the problem within a couple hours and they were gone. They called me today to follow up incredible service! Keep up the great work!

Had a problem with my plugged bathtub so I tried this company out and was very happy with the service.The technician who came was neat and tidy.Thank you for cleaning up as it was a very messy job.

I could not be happier with the professionalisms and kindness! They are efficient and the work is amazing. After they fixed the pipes, the team also fixed the driveway so it look like nothing happened. We have to leave our home for a few days, and it rained so they covered my convertible car with tarps, now that is service!! Thank you again Dustin and crew :)

Clearly Plumbing came out to my home to install some new faucets in my shower, a new sink trap and a new gas line for my stove. I was beyond happy with the service and time frame it took to complete these few items. The technician was friendly and more than happy to answer all of my questions. It's so hard finding good and honest trades people in this city and I was hoping Clearly would be my saving grace, not this time. I hired them a while back for my grandma because she was having plumbing issues between the hot water tank and the sink. Clearly told her she needed her hot water tank replaced because it was outdated and with her bad memory she didn't remember that she just got her water tank 2 years ago. It is impossible that she would need it replaced, it should have been a part replacement or something minor. I am so disappointed and do not trust this company. I cannot believe they rip off seniors, especially in times like these.
