Happy to give these fine folks a 5-star review as this company has decades of experience, and it shows in their work. They completely understand why concrete shifts the way it does, and how to correctly fix it. Please don't confuse mud jacking with foam raising -- they are not the same product and are not interchangable solutions to concretelevelling.Also note that they provide an estimate -- not a quote -- for their services, as there are many unknowns that can influence the amount of work which needs to be done to correctly address the concrete issues. That said I was very pleased that the estimate they gave turned out to be the final price!Couldn't be happier with the results of the work done and the overall experience -- highly recommended.

After getting an estimate and scheduling the work, Ken and his crew arrived on time and did an excellent job of lifting our walkway and installing flowable filling beneath our deck, all as specified. We were having trouble selling our house. We needed to sell quickly having purchased a home and had started a job working remotely. The issue for us selling our home was the garage floor. Roughly half of the floor had dropped 15 cm (6 inches) and it sloped towards the door into the house. We lived with it for 27 years and it was not a structural issue. Initially we were advised not to do this work in order to sell our house. However, we had lost at least 4 potential sales for our home; people specifically mentioned this being the thing stopping them from purchasing the home. People liked our house, but were worried about the costs and possible water issues into the house associated with the floor. We phoned All Jacked Up Mud Jacking and got a quick response even though they were really busy. Got an estimate from Ken and we decided to proceed. They fit us into their schedule quickly, knowing the bind that we were in. They completed the work on a Thursday with Scott and crew and I watched as he expertly and slowly lifted the slab without damage to the floor. They measured a 45 cm void beneath the floor! The contractor who built the house missed this! Mud jacking uses natural materials (cement) and fills the voids. Our positive ending was that we had the mud jacking done on a Thursday, a house showing the next day and they returned for a second showing on the Saturday and we had an offer within 2 hours. As a hydrogeologist/environmental engineer I have a lot of experience with cement grouting with supervision of installation of water wells and environmental monitoring (both require cement to seal the annulus of the borehole).
