Tourists: you don’t want to shop here.If I could give 0 stars I would. Honestly Adrienne gives the WORST customer service ever. Unfriendly, rude and downright disrespectful of her customers. Will NEVER shop there again and most locals feel the same.

Ooh dear, wish I had read the reviews before going there. Coffee and cake was okay but the attitude…If you don’t want to deal with paying customers it’s simple, close the door..however if you open the door, then at least offer a welcome and a little civility…

Food 10/10 Drinks 9/10 Service 10/10. I have read many bad reviews about the owner but my personal experience with her was quite great. She is an amazing baker and makes fantastic drinks. she has so many very cool products at her store i highly recommend. definitely best coffee shop on the island.

Customer service was bad. The owner was so rude. Rather than apologizing for her behaviour she threw a look at me. She has coffee cards but she doesn’t fill them out, she doesn’t let you touch her products (I don’t know how else I can buy any product without touching), you don’t have option for large coffee it comes in one size which is small. And also she charges $2 for half an hour internet. I heard from a friend who lives in Haida Gwaii that, before her, that place was owned my a family and they were nice. She told me that people in town goes there only because there is no other option after 2 pm. She said “Nobody wants to even work with her because of her nasty attitude.” I would highly suggest Jag’s coffee shop in town. The owner was nice, friendly and respectful and they have so many options than Crow’s Nest. Do not go to Crow’s Nest, you will be treated badly.

My husband and I were here the other day. Best cheesecake I have ever tasted and the owner was friendly. There are nice crafts for sale as well as food/grocery items. The post office is handy for us at Tlell. I’m about to head over and grab some convenience items.

A tasty oasis in the middle of nowhere. Stopped for a couple of sausage rolls on the way to a hike and returned for brunch afterwards. The service was friendly and the food was very good -- featured lots of local ingredients. Coffee was good too. It's a busy spot, which tells me that our experience is what Crow's Nest routinely delivers.

Customer service and politeness is not something you will find here. However, you will be met with a huffy puffy, can't be bothered attitude. Wish we would have stopped elsewhere. We ordered and ice cream and a milk shake and neither were anything to rave about. If you'd like to support local, you really should look elsewhere.

The owner Adrienne is extremely rude and condescending. I would never buy anything from someone with such a nasty attitude. I seriously was shocked by how rude she is to prospective customers. Avoid this place at all costs and give your money to another small business that actually deserves it.
