Madeira Stone

We had Madiera Stone supply and install the counter tops in our kitchen and bathrooms. We are very pleased with the results. Stephanie was very patient and helpful. Everyone was courteous and professional. We're very pleased.

We're so thrilled with Madeira. Everyone we interacted with was professional and knowledgeable. We did over $100k in countertops, backsplashes and other solid surfaces... they nailed every aspect.

We love our countertop, Stephanie and the installers were great to work with picking out and during the install. However, as we are still renovating, the other day we discovered a flaw/gouge - this is a few weeks after install. We were told by Madeira that it would cost us $175 for them to come and repair it. Unfortunately, because we were not using the kitchen and other people have been in (electricians, painters, etc.) we have no idea how it got there - it looks like some stones popped out of the surface. Our advice; minutely check the countertop over for any flaws before giving the final 10%. 20 years waiting for a new countertop and before we even get a chance to use it, its damaged - first world problems.

Madeira installed and supplied the counter tops and backsplashes for our kitchen renovation. Work was on time and on budget, and the installation was first class. I would definitely recommend them.

If you are going to do business with Madeira stone, deal only with Stephanie and not Doug (the installer).When Doug came in to measure our bathroom he ran into the bathroom where there were wet tiles on the floor clearly marked and completely ruined our tiles, so we had to pay our tiler to redo.He then told me in person backsplashes would be x amount, then when i get the bill it was about 400% more than what he quoted me in person.We compromised on the price but I still had to pay an extra $800 above our budget.And when trying to negotiate with Doug on the extra bill, he loses his cool and begins yelling and berating me calling me a joke" and blaming me for him not measuring the laundry room correctly or emailing me an amended quote for the backsplashes.They came in on time and Stephanie was good to deal with
