I had a great experience at Subtle Changes, during the consultation the practitioner was friendly, knowledgeable and confident. I am super happy with my final results- I got lip filler for the first time! I will definitely be returning. The atmosphere is welcoming and it was a good price for the service. Would recommend to anyone interested!

Subtle changes in Goderich is run by an amazing women named Amy, what she was able to to for me was out of this world, I have had my lips done before by different people and wasn't happy. Amy I'd say is considerate and know's exactly what she is doing and is 100 % dedicated to the happiness of her client's ❤ I would and will recommend her and all her amazing services to everyone.

I would definitely not recommend. I was way over charged and the work I received did not correct what my main focus was. I had lots of lumps that were visibly noticeable. Some of the free" botox she gave me that was for lines around my mouth moved and paralyzed half of my bottom lip. My mom thought it looked like I had a cut in my forehead and my boss tried to rub dirt off my face but it was a shadow from one of my lumps. I am extremely disappointed"

Very pleased with Amy’s professionalism, knowledge and expertise. As this was my first time getting fillers, I had no idea what to expect or what the process would be. Amy was thorough in her explanations on what to expect, what to feel and how to care for my fillers afterwards. This, plus her upbeat yet professional demeanour, helped make me feel comfortable and relaxed. She listened to what I wanted out of my appointment, and gave me exactly that! I will definitely be a repeat client, and I highly recommend to anyone who is looking for quality!

Amy is extremely knowledgeable about the procedures she is performing. Her technique is precise and gentle, despite the fact that she is sticking needles in your face. I will continue to go to Amy for all my medical esthetic needs, and only Amy. As a 30-something year old woman, botox has become just another part of my skincare routine. I am thankful to have these services so close to home!Plus, Amy is warm, welcoming, and wants to make everyone who comes into her office feel comfortable. She takes pride in her work and in her space and that is very apparent.

Aging is hard enough but Amy makes it bearable. She is super professional. I really like that she listens and only makes the alterations to areas I ask her to. She has suggestions, but she isn't pushy and trying to upsell me on products and services.
